Hadi provided outstanding information and assistance in helping us pick the best package for our needs. No overselling or pressure to buy unnecessary extras. Also educated us about our phone and how to optimize full use of it. He never rushed us, answered all questions. Definitely went above and beyond. My go to spot for any boost questions and place to get a phone.

The Boost Mobile in the Coram location has outstanding customer service. I went into the store to get my phone repaired and Ali the Store Manager was extraordinaire. He gave several options to get me a phone working the same day. As he repaired my phone I observed him helping customers with IT questions not related to purchasing a cell phone. He was honest, polite and provided excellent customer service. This is a place you want to spend money and can trust. Thank you Ali for exemplifying how a business should treat customers.

The best store to go to. Very knowledgeable manager hadi helped set up my email and transferred all my data to my new phone. He made sure everything was good before letting me go also his store was very clean gave me discount on accessories He should get a raise. I will always come back to this store for all my needs and deals in phone

Hadid was very polite and helpful. He explained everything to me without rushing me. He was training another gentleman and again very polite and helpful. I dont remember the name of the gentleman who was training, but again as I was waiting for Hadid to finish with the customer before I arrived. The trainee answered as many questions as he could and again very polite. If you are looking for a new phone carrier, look nooo further, Boost is were its at. And especially this location. Unbelievable! Today 07/05/2021 I went to this boost mobile location on route 112 in coram to have the SIM card of my phone which I remove d when I travelled to Nigeria reinserted back into my phone and update the SIM card which I know is a free service. To my surprise the shorter of the 2 attendants in the store that look like an Indian guy tried to extort $30.00 from me saying that I have to pay this amount to have this done. It’s the 2nd time the same guy tried to extort money from me for services that are free. When I asked for my phone and sim back he then told me that I cannot use the same SIM card again because boost is now T- mobile and that I have to buy another SIM card. I left the store inserted my SIM card and called customer support to have the sim updated which they did under 5 minutes at no charge. The rep I spoke to was shocked that the store attendant tried to extort $30.00 from me for a Boost mobile service that is free. I can just imagine how many people have fallen victim to this guys extortion act. Beware Do not go to this store location the employees there are dishonest.

Great store with great staff! Hadi was a huge help. We went in on Christmas Eve because I bought a new (refurbished) phone for my fianceé for Christmas and we needed it set up on the Boost network to replace her old phone. Hadi hooked us up and had us out the door really fast. The phone works great and shes happy, so Im happy. Definitely recommend this store.Edit: I am changing my review to one star, but left my original review because Hadi was very helpful to me. My father-in-law went in and dealt with a woman employee. She was rude and unprofessional, kept texting in the middle of helping him, and then had the AUDACITY to leave a 5 star review for herself under his name on his phone before giving it back. We will never go to Boost again, and Im going to get my wife onto my AT&T plan soon.
