Moe did an excellent job when I came in for a new phone since old one had issues..costumer service was excellent and he set up my new phone, iPads and Apple Watch..I highly recommend this store and ask for Moe you won’t be disappointed!

BEST customer service I’ve experienced from my time with Verizon; both Smithaven and Patchogue locations have lacked the support and did not take the time to properly setup my phone. George took numerous attempts (and succeeded!) after a lack of effort from the Patchogue location. He recovered all my information and my gallery. It was very apparent that the employees at Patchogue were either not up to par in technical capability or (most likely) lack of effort. I highly recommend this location!

Ray is a wonderful sales person, He takes the time to explain every little detail when you ask questions. He helped me to get a good deal for my phone and my plan. I appreciated the time he took for helping me . I love my new phone. Please do not let him go.. He is the best!😊 Thank you again.

I came to this store in December to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the XR. I met Ray and he was great. He handled my upgrade along with 2 others at the same time quickly and with a friendly attitude. When it was time for my wife to upgrade we had passed 3 other Verizon stores on the way to get to this one because I said we have to go to Ray, hes a great guy. My wife agreed, it takes about 90 min to backup old and transfer to the new and his quiet, friendly and helpful demeanor makes it a pleasant experience. He also helped add my daughter to the plan with the old iPhone and threw in a free screen protector and case. Worth traveling a little further to see Ray.

Verizion has really gone down hill like optimum. Nonstop bill rasing and endless fees. Cancling services due to non existent costumer service to fix my billing issues.

Ray is great, helped me transfer to my new iphone XR from an iPhone 8Plus. Takes his time and explains everything.

Purchased the new Iphone XR here back in November. Was completely disatisfied with the size and functionality of the phone. Went back the end of January and the staff member Ray was extremely helpful with switching out the device. Both the initial purchase experience and the return trip several months later were extremely easy and accomodating.
