Theyre expensive and slow but nice

Was recommended this place by a friend who does business with them regularly. So I brought my Audi to them for new tires, and all wheel alignment. Even though there was a bit of a wait (shorthanded that day), Jessica got me taken care of and I got a great deal with a car that now rides perfect.

Quicklane has a friendly staff, with fast, quality service.

The people work kind but took over 2 hours and said it wouldnt take about 20 minutes.

I dropped my Tacoma off Sunday night and filled out the paper work and dropped the key and envelope into their drop box thinking it would be the first to get serviced that morning so when I got there my Toyota hadnt been serviced yet so I went in and ask why they told me they hardly ever check their drop box?But they made it up to.me they took my truck straight in and had it out to me within 46 minutes later didnt charge me a dime thank you quick lane so much.

Always walk in to get my car serviced, and they are waiting with a smile. Friendly, quick, and efficient. Not much more than you would pay for a regular oil change, but you get the whole package.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The service and mannerism is horrible. I called around 9 am to have someone come and get my car for an oil change. I explained to the lady that I have to get my car back by 1:30 the same day. The lady said they could do it and someone would call me when they arrived. At 10:40 when I had not heard from anyone I called again. The guy said that he could still do it and get it back to me that he was finishing up something to give him 10 minutes and he was on his way. Over an hour later, at 11:50 they have the woman call me and say that theyve been slammed and were not going to be able to come get it and get it back to me by 1:30. Very unprofessional.
