Anthony was more than helpful. Stayed in communication the entire time they had my car. Staff was super friendly, and they really make sure your car is completed without charging an arm and a leg. Will definitely use again!

I have purchased 2 cars at the dealership in the last few years, when I schedule a service for any of the cars I drive up and tell them who I am and they just act like it’s my first time going to the dealership. When the service advisors go back into the office and come back out they should already know what I scheduled the visit for and also say something like “ welcome back”. It would be nice to be recognized as a returning customer.Also when I dropped off my car at 11:45 am today I did not get any updates on when or what was being done. 1 issue was the radio knob had issues. When you call the service department no one can help you but the person that took the car in to the shop. Somehow no one cares to look up anything or find out if the original agent is unavailable. Called twice in an hour before I just went to the dealership. Again no one can tell me anything but the service agent on the paperwork. I can not leave the car so I took the car back and will schedule the visit again to have it completed when I can give it more time.If anyone wants to call me about the issue I would love to discuss the issues of customer service I had today.

I’m genuinely pleased with my experience & I don’t have my car back from the shop yet, haha. I was immediately greeted by cash &One other guy who I forgot his name. They made my whole mood on my car problems 10x better. I went to Christian Brothers and was told they couldn’t do much because it’s under warranty (understandable) but car problems are not my expertise and it’s very stressful. I highly recommend this place for servicing.

Above and Beyond Performance!Ryan McQueary greeted us at the door of the dealership as soon as we entered. We described to him what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. After reviewing the various Rogue models, Ryan knew exactly what we wanted, but no vehicle in the Gunn Nissan of Denton inventory matched our criteria. The Ryan became the self-declared The Problem Solver, and he indeed solved the problem. Out Rogue was in San Antonio (Gunn Nissan). He personally went there to drive it to Denton the net day. We completed the entire transaction before 7:00 PM and took delivery of a beautiful blue Rogue SL. We had looked at other makes and Nissan won out - excellent product and superior service!
