Of all the car dealerships I have been to and bought cars from, this dealership is by far the greatest experience I have ever had in my life. They went very far and beyond what anyone else would ever be willing to do.First off, our family had an emergency situation because our car had broken down and we were stranded at our house and we needed to buy a new car asap. We called every dealership in Mississippi, and all surrounding states and areas and even as far as Memphis and no one would help us because they had no cars available in the models we were looking for. We called Nissan of Corinth and Hunter Glidewell was so kind and attentive and immediately said he would do whatever he could to get us the car we needed, even if he had to drive to another state and pick it up himself and that is exactly what he did. This young man drove over 6 hours to a sister dealership to pick up the car we wanted because they were sold out. Within 24 hours he picked it up and brought it back, and on top of all that he even came to pick me up at my house and drive me to the dealership to complete the deal. The best part is he didnt come across as the stereotypical sleaze ball salesman I have experienced from all other dealerships especially in Tupelo and other states and cities we have lived in. As soon as we spoke, Hunter was extremely kind and sincere and cared more about us and our situation than selling us a vehicle; he made us feel like family and wanted to do whatever he could to help us. Never in my life had I ever had this level of service and kindness and I recommend anyone who wants a new vehicle to do yourself a favor and go to this dealership and ask for Hunter Glidewell. I will be a lifelong customer and look forward to buying all our future vehicles from them.

They explained everything clearly and friendly.. they provided an excellent area with all the amenities in order for me to wait on my vehicle to be repaired. They checked on my comfort through the process and then came and informed me as soon as my vehicle was ready, it was like having valet parking, and also the work was finished well within the estimated time to completion. Ms Hyvin and the rest of the staff really take care of you and your car. Couldnt ask for more.

I called and asked what the fee would be for a brake job. I was told $189.95 and that this included brake pads, turning the rotors, and an inspection. Made the appointment and had the service done. When I came to pick up the car, I was told that my rear brakes had been serviced--new brake pads and the rotors turned. Was also told that my front brakes would need replacing in about 10000 miles. I said that I thought the $189 covered all my brakes. At that point I was told it was $189 per axle. Would have been nice to know that before I took my car in. Then I was handed my bill and asked to sign. I looked it over and saw that I was charged $199.95 before taxes, etc. When I brought this to the guys attention, he said oh, thats a mistake. Then he took the bill and adjusted it. If I hadnt been paying attention, they would have overcharged me another $10. To top it all off, I got my car home and my boyfriend who told me I should take the car in to start with looked at everything and says my rotors have not been turned!!! Brose Nissan in Corinth, MS seems to be full of crooks, and I will tell everyone I know not to deal with them for service OR for a vehicle. Im going back there tomorrow and seeing if they will make this right. My guess is that they wont.

I enjoyed it. No games, no nonsense, no gimmicks, everything was explained, my salesman was honest with me, and price was exactly what I expected it to be (great deal). Great dealership, if it weren’t 2 hours away I would more than likely take my car there for all the servicing.

With 50%% off oil and filter change, i got a complementary multi-point inspection and, likewise, a carwash, also. I used my Nissan coupon and points when paying. Glad Nissan of Corinth, Lic. allows coupons and points earned previously!

Predatory dealership. This dealership ran my personal credit 6x ( 6 times!!!) Walked in with a 654, walked out with a 599. This has essentially ruined my credit for and $11,000 vehicle!!! Don’t shop here, especially if you’re a single female!!!! Or take a white man with you!

My experience at Nissan of Corinth service department was very disappointing. I was having car troubles and my car was towed in where it sat for nearly 2 weeks. When I called to check on my vehicle(several times I might add because no one let me know anything), the representative was very rude and told me they havent had time to look at it when clearly they did because another service person told me 5 minutes prior that they was not busy. My experience I felt was just a bunch of run around never any issues resolved. I really would have thought my experience would have been better. Then on top of the stress of not having a vehicle, they would never call to update me. Also everytime I would call they would put me on hold where I stayed at one point on hold for 30 minutes and the best part they hung up without even speaking or asking what I was holding for. So further more I will take my business somewhere else the next time. One more very unprofessional thing to add, when I told them to just roll the vehicle out and i would pick it up, I had to ask 3 times after I waited an hour that they told me they would have it out of the shop, they rolled it out in a huge puddle of water and when i went to the vehicle they didnt even put thing back like they were when they received it the backseat was dismantled and appeared to just be thrown in the vehicle. So save some time and shop and do business elsewhere or if not maybe someone will have better luck!

They were to check what we had discussed and then he would call me. I did receive a call later that same day. Ethan was very knowledgable and detailed in explaining what the car needed. Very efficient with his time and mine. I appreciate him for his help and great customer service.

Great costumer service from Adam Walker always... I bought my rogue there in December and to this day if I have a question I can text him he always helps me after almost a year. Love it thats what you call unlimited service from your sales man. Thanks Adam for caring about my needs and not pushing me away. The only problem was I was owed a rebate that took me till July to get. I would buy there again because of Adam.

The employees were very friendly and the facilitys waiting area was clean and inviting. My cars issue was taken care of promptly and I was given recommendations for needed service in the near future without being pressured. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

But, when the salesman is on point and the deal is exactly what you wanted, you simply cant say no! I had 4 new tires put on today that I pre purchased and confirmed on Saturday they had on site. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. to which I arrived at 7:40. I was the first customer in the waiting room. After waiting over 2 hours I checked in on the issue and was given zero explanation. The service advisor only said I think they are finishing up. So to place 4 tires, with an appointment it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. ( not including the 20 minutes for arriving early) The service advisor offered no explanation or apology. I have been to this dealership twice and can now say both experiences were negative.

These guys are awesome. They are great at what they do. I had my car fixed there . They did the job right, not costly, and friendly face. I will go here for all of my automotive needs!!

Fast and easy oil change for my newly purchased Altima from LP Spence at Corinth Nissan

I have a 2015 Nissan versa that i paid $15000 for 3 years ago. Today they offered me $2500 trade in on it. Has 34,000 miles on it. Salesman MIKE KELLY IS A JOKE!!!! IT WAS AFTER HE RAN MY CREDIT WHEN I WAS TOLD TRADE IN VALUE. PLEASE stay away!!!!!!!!

The service department here is amazing!!! My Xterra started stalling out (while driving!!) and the VDC and slip caution lights were coming on. The service dept assessed the problem and worked me in on a very busy day with no appointment. The lady that ran the service desk even offered to go get me lunch since it was going to be about a 4 hour wait while they replaced both cam sensors. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!!!

They have no interest in what the customer needs. Their only care seems to be making a buck.I wanted to refinance my car to a lower payment after my husband lost his job. So their answer was to let it get voluntary repossed, because everyone does it and sell us a car for three times the annual income. They didnt even care that a repossession would stop us from getting our home as well. I still dont understand how we left with that piece of garbage car that we didnt need!

Fantastic experience with this dealer. I was in town visiting my parents to help my dad after a surgery. He needed some work done on his Chrysler and asked me to take it here. I told them his situation, and they were very accommodating. They got me in for an appointment quickly, and the repair took less than an hour. My experience here makes me dread going back to D.C. and dealing with the stereotypical customer service of all the corporately owned big box dealers and car repair services up there. They could learn a lot from Nissan of Corinth. I had the quintessential customer service experience, so much so that I’m even considering flying down here to buy my next vehicle. DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. Service department is a disappointment at best. Work took a week when initially it was supposed to be 2 days, then 4 days. It was warranty work and I live out of state in Tulsa. My vehicle kept having this popping sound under it afterward so I took it into the Nissan Dealership here and they are telling me that the Service Department at Nissan of Corinth stripped all the screws out of the subframe when they bolted it back up after my transmission repair. Now the Service Manager REFUSES to give me or the Service Department in Tulsa a call back about it. Im going on another week now without my vehicle and its because this dealership refuses to even communicate with me or the dealership its at now. DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE. EVIDENTLY THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR THEIR WORD.

I was told it would be off in a week it’s still on and I have been calling for over a week without it been solved. Also, there is water particles in my right headlight.
