Doesnt seem to abide by their own business hours. We needed to not only pay our bill, but access our passcode which we misplaced. it was well within business hours and they were nowhere to be found no note or notification on the door about the absence. then trying to call a corporate or 1-800 line was also a mess. We wound up waiting on hold for a long time before being hung up on. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

Staff is great and easy to work with. The trailer we picked up had nails and other trash items in it. They should have swept it out before hooking us up. Everything else went fine. Easy checkin and drop off after hours was great! I will definitely use them again.

We used your facility for over a year. No issues at all, until the last day. I wont go into details but the general manager, Jessica, handled it so well. Explains what had happened and took all necessary steps to be sure that my things were safe and secure. If needed again, this is where I will go.

Very easy and efficient! The lady who was covering for the manager when I went was super sweet and helpful and made sure that I got the unit that I needed! I was able to pick one out and sign in less then an hour! Also, I think the pricing is very fair! Ive had units in the past that cost way more. If you go online you might get a discount if you reserve a unit

Called the reservation people asked for the price of an rv spot at least 26ft long at my local cube smart. I was informed that none were available but I could be put on a waiting list. I then asked for the price I was then informed they could not find a price on units not available. I then stated why would I be put on a waiting list for something I dont know the price of. I will find some place else.James

I must say that my husband and I received outstanding customer service from both Johnny and Jessica. They both knew that we were not looking for a storage unit until at least two weeks later but still took their time to explain to us how we could reserve our spot and answered all of our questions. They were so good that we had no intentions on buying anything on the first day but managed to end up buying boxes. We love our wardrobe boxes!!!!

Ease of setting up account and move in

I was in a rush and luckly I called the right number. They have fair rates, clean storage, and acted fast. My hat is off to the manager Jennifer. She went out of her way to help me. She stayed late and made sure all was good before she said goodbye. She still gave me a card in case I needed any more help.

How can I describe in so few words the delightful and enthusiastic atmosphere I find at Cube Smart. Some one is doing it right. Could it be Johnnie or Jessica. Hard to tell. WOW

The new manager there is awesome her name is Kimberly I believe. She made sure she explained the lease to me so I could understand the policies because I have never had a storage before so I had a lot of questions. She was really nice and helpful. I will be recommending this storage facility to everybody.

My climate controlled unit leaked water through the roof and the majority of the contents were ruined due to mold and rust. I purchased their mandatory insurance but it is worthless and I have not been reimbursed for my loss. I requested to be refunded for rent that was paid and was denied. The facility declined to file against their own insurance.I moved my storage to US Storage in Corinth and now 40% less than this facility was charging.

So far so good, easy enough to set up an account. Very friendly staff! I was able to start moving in immediately and on short notice.

I forget the tenants name that worked with me, but he hooked me up for sure. The facilities are great, very new looking. Surprisingly this was the cheapest place I could find in the area. Even the other mini-storage close to it, that looks 40 years older was more expensive. I would recommend for sure.

The employees were awesome.

This facility has a number of unbelievable, fraudulent policies that cheat their customers. To name a few: billing, statements, address change and late fees. Specifically, if you need to change your address, there are only two options: at the store or online. They WILL NOT change your address over the phone. Why should I have to create an online account for a storage facility? ITS A STORAGE FACILITY! They also either dont send you a monthly bill or routinely send the bill after its due and then charge late fees. These are only two of the many examples of CubeSmarts schemes. And, CubeSmart never solved these problems. I will never lease at CubeSmart again!

Johnny has been great.I am going through an unexpected divorce and have to leave my home with a special needs child and could not figure out how big of a storage building I needed. I ended up changing it 3 times. Johnny was there every time I called or stopped by. I am not normally a scatter brain but these past few months has tested me.I even had to change the day of the move with the movers enroute. I called him and he made sure to have everything set up so the movers could do there job and I could do the paperwork while they unloaded.I can’t say enough how he made this part a little easier for me.Thank you Johnny

Nice and clean. Wide drive lanes to get a moving truck into all the units. However you are not able to leave before the end of the month and prorate your departure. Once youve paid for the whole month thats it.

The ownership changes a lot and every time it does I have issues. I always have to go fill out the paperwork again and the auto renew does not transfer over. There has been water leaks in several units as well. The people working the counter are always nice, however they are unable to resolve the issues due to them just being employees and not management.

The female manager lied to me twice when I went there, causing me a lot of headaches and money! When I was renting a second unit, I asked about the space I would need to hold the items I was needing to store, when I opened the unit, I couldnt even fit a couch in it! I went to upgrade my unit and none of the money I put towards the unit was transferable to the new unit and she wasnt able to discount the new unit and couldnt even figure out how to cancel the reservation. I called the General Manager, Art (didnt get his last name), to complain about what was happening and how much money just got thrown in the trash and he never called me back! I have to wait to move my items to another storage facility because this has cost me so much now, but I am going to as soon as I can because of all the lies and hassle this has caused! Do not believe anything they tell you and make sure to see the units because they are not the square footage they claim to be and they do not know what they are doing or how to use their own systems. Also, if they say they are going to combine units into one price or give you a discount for multiple units, get it in writing because when it comes time to do it, they wont honor what they said, especially if it is the female manager, Jennifer, because apparently she doesnt have the authority to do anything, but will make promises anyway just to get your business. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! It will be cheaper and much less hassle in the long run!
