Moving is never fun, so I am incredibly thankful for the friendly and helpful staff at Extra Space Storage! Initially I rented my unit online. When I got there I realized very quickly it was much smaller than I needed. The amazing staff was quick to transfer me to a larger unit. The process was so easy!The facilities themself are outstanding! The amount of security provided is unlike any I’ve rented from before. I appreciate that we put a code to get in to the complex, the actual building, the elevator that only grants access to the floor our unit is on, and to exit. Climate-controlled is also nice because I didn’t have to worry about things melting or being ruined.Initially I looked at a complex right next door to my apartment I was moving out of. Then I found that Extra Storage was substantially cheaper, climate controlled and very secure!I’m confident my belongings are safe and secure!

A little higher prices then other locations but well worth it. The service is great and the place is so clean.

This is ideal place if you need extra storage place! The people who work here are very accommodating and kind. Fast service, easy to pay your bill monthly on line! Love it!!

I recently moved and needed a small space for storage. I reserved the space online with Extra Space, which was SO simple and convenient, but found out within minutes of reserving the space that I no longer needed it. I called customer service and they immediately canceled it and requested a follow-up for me from the local facility. The manager called first thing the next morning and refunded the full amount with no questions. It was SO simple and easy! Will absolutely return if needed in the future and would HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking.

This place is amazing! First they walk you follow units and work with what you say you have and can afford. They will make it quick and friendly. When you need some help the manager is probably around the corner ready with q answer. Never go anywhere else the price is worth the amazing service :)

Just recently moved my things out of storage after storing them here for a few months. Both the move in and move out process were both very fast and easy! The unit I moved into was clean and was provided with a lock I liked the sense of security of putting in my code every time to enter and exit made me feel like if there was ever as issue they could track who was in and out around what time. Also liked the fact that they had carts you could use to carry things in instead of making multiple trips. Overall great place and plan on using them again in the future if ever needed!

Personal are super nice and helpful. Facilities are spotless. Temperature in the climate controlled area is actually cool....versus others where it might be 85....lol.Love it so far....best storage facility Ive used and Ive used a lot!

They immediately raised the price of my unit from the initial contract. The contract says they have the right to raise prices based on average prices in the area, but jeez I wasn’t thinking they would do it yet alone that fast. It felt like a “bait and switch” tactic honestly. The facility itself isn’t bad. I just don’t appreciate the way they do business.

Clean, great pricing, easy access. We prepaid for 2 years, and should we cut our time short we get a refund. No fees or penalties. There is no restroom in the building we have a unit, but there is great lighting and good security.

This is a great, secure place to store your personal belongings and they have great deals on the units!

Courtney was very professional and helpful. No one gave me the run-around on extra fees, they were straightforward with pricing. This place is VERY affordable and clean.

This place is great, and the manager Catherine is extremely polite and helpful. The first free month helped a lot, as I had just started a job and didnt have much extra cash.I have been renting a small unit inside the building, and also a larger garage unit outside. Im always there messing with stuff in my garage unit, and I feel safe being there. In fact, theres usually someone, either Catherine or another renter who comes by to make sure Im doing ok. There are also friendly people who have storage units for their businesses, and they have offered me water on hot days and told me to let them know if I need any help with anything like tools or air for my tires.

This is the best facility to store your items at. The management is wonderful and always treat with great respect. HIghly recommend.

Excellent storage facility! Staff is friendly, prices fair, very clean, and lots of driving space.Just an update after a short stay here. I had moved everything out of storage but managed to forget to take the lock with me. I was already out of town and called to see if anything could be done to prevent getting further charged for an unused unit. Catherine came to the rescue and gladly helped take care of the issue with no hesitation! Thanks!

Great staff!. Facility is only three years new but still looks brand new. Interior hall floors are not only clean but polished. Interior halls and units are well lighted. Walls are clean. Four wheel dollys are available to take items from your car to your unit. As a senior, that ia a big deal for me.

Catherine and Cheyenne are beyond amazing. Just started my lease with them and they are the nicest and most helpful individuals I have had the pleasure of doing business with. If you want to experience first class service with a smile, give these ladies a try.

We needed storage for my UNT daughter’s stuff during this crazy pandemic before she went back. They were so easy to work with on the phone and online. It was all set up for us and CLEAN on the day we moved stuff in. They have plenty of dollies to get your stuff to the unit as well. We checked out yesterday just as seamlessly and couldn’t be more pleased! They had the lowest rate, new building and great customer service!

Awesome experience! Great prices and they have A/C options to keep your items safe from the Texas Summer heat. The interior is very clean. Kat was super helpful, and we got in and out with a new storage unit and a carload of things dropped off in under 30 minutes.

Once I place an inquiry online, the manager called me promptly. I was given a tour of the very clean and organized facility. Everything was explained clearly. Very secure. Easy access. By far the best self-storage facility I have ever used.

Amazing facility and staff; that is a lot to say about a storage place. Clean, well lit, security cameras work. You even need a code to get to upper floors(extra safety). The new locks for the units makes it more difficult for someone to break in so totally I love it. Definitely come and rent here and have peace of mind about your belongings.

Highly Recommended! Catherine (I think that was her name) was very friendly, informative, and easy to work with. Everything was explained to me in a clear and simple manner. It was a smooth and effortless process (15 min tops with the walk through).Gate hours and Office hours are different.Gate hours are 6am - 10 pm everydayAlso the restroom in the office, the storage unit doesnt have a trash can or restrooms. Also there is a dumpster in the back.

Brand new clean facility. Convenient access from main and side street plus moving carts to help. Perfect if you’re moving into apartments across the street. Priced about the same as other ones close by but in much better condition. Friendly staff.

The climate control units are great, your candles dont melt.plenty of room to park trailers or trucks by entrance to units.
