If I can give a 0 start I would. Have an item to pick up and went to the store for three times, every time closed before we arrived. The first two times the store was closed at winter time 4pm and we arrived a few minutes past 4. The third time I called ahead and was told it would open until 4pm and the store has my shipment. Arrived at 3:10 and store was closed. Cant believe how much trouble we had to go through!

I have gone here a few times, Sears has fantastic warranty on substandard tools. My gripe is that this sears is the closest one in cornelius, and the selection here is VERY limited. I worry that sometime I will drive in to find this business permanently closed.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. The older male employee who claims to be the owner is rude, unhelpful, and down right disrespectful to say the least. I went in intending to purchase a dishwasher as ours went out a couple days prior. I wanted to pay half with cash and half with credit. He apparently didnt know how to process a transaction with two separate forms of paymen, became irritated with me and did not want to proceed with the same, stating we can come back tomorrow when another co-worker woukd be available to do what we wanted. I asked him why he was so unwilling to help when he realized I wouldnt be paying with all the same transaction and he told me that he had helped enough and they were alreqdy supposed to be closed...it had just became 6 pm, the hours posted on the door qs well as online state they close at 7pm. Needless to say I did not return the next day and will never in the future. I would rather drive the 45 minutes to Washington Square Mall or even further than deal with such poor service. Worst experience ever. I guess they dont want or need the business. Home store is not the appropriate title for this business, they put the Sears name to shame. I will be sure to tell all I know not to waste their time or money. Management is horrible, actually, its nonexistent along with the customer service. Please do everyone a favor, the community and close your doors or change management.

As of Dec 11, 2014 Google Maps takes you to a neighborhood not anywhere near the actual Sears store.

I went to Sears store in Cornelius, Or. and after driving 45 miles, I show up on the schedule hours posted on the Internet and on the store doors...Business close at 7:00 pm !!!!Well guess what, everybody went home early with out making any announces, so they probably went out for a Friday celebration, and forget about the store hours !!!!!!! Who cares right ?? I probably wont go to this store again, bad management...
