Just had my VW Jetta in the shop for some exterior bodywork. They have always done excellent work and go beyond to make sure you are satisfied in the end. Paul and the staff were all helpful and the kind of people you want to do business with!

I used LKN Paint and Body after I hit a deer. Paul handled my case and was very flexible about drop off/pick up around my hectic work schedule. I accidentally broke off the rusted bolts for my license plate and had driven around to five other shops hoping someone would be able to help me. Shops were either unable to help or too busy. I drove up to LKN Paint and Body and they took my car back right away. It was a quick fix and because they didnt feel right charging me for a full hour, I left the gentlemen a tip for his work. Its rare to find an honest business nowadays. I was afraid I was going to walk away paying a few hundred dollars to have it taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their car handled quickly and professionally!

I had a great experience at Lake Norman Paint and Body. While driving home from the beach over forth of July weekend, a beach chair was kicked up from the road by a truck in front of me and scratched my hood. I brought my vehicle to Jim and unlike the other collision locations I had visited, he didnt try to charge me to paint the entire hood. He believed that they could buff the issue out and use a little bit of clear coat treatment. I left the vehicle overnight at the body shop and received it the following day by noon. I was amazed at the result(I have a black car so scratches show even more prominently). Jim and his team did an excellent job removing the scratch entirely. Jim even gave me a discount on the repair as he initially thought I would have the car back same day but it ended up taking a day and half. I am extremely happy with the results and can attest to the kindness and transparency provided by the staff at Lake Norman Paint and Body.

Every time I need work done on a car this is the first place I think of. Lake Norman Paint and Body always has the best prices and everyone I have encountered are helpful and honest. Recently my wife was in a accident and all I had to do was drop the car off with the insurance claim number and they took care of the rest. Ive done work on cars myself in the past, but when I get the quote for having things done here its never much more than what it would cost me to do the things myself and they will always do a better job!

I recently had my windshield crack from road debris and it caused a bit of body damage from the bounce of the impact. Since I’ve been to this shop before and they’ve always had amazing customer service, I requested to use them to do the repairs thru my insurance. They took care of everything!! I even got to meet the owner, Harley. All of their work is guaranteed for life and that is an amazing warranty for work performed. Plus, they don’t price gouge you for little things. I would highly recommend this paint and body shop for any repair needs that you may have. They can even do glass work! Another perk is that there’s a rental car place right across the street in case you need to have another ride while you’re vehicle is being restored. They’ll make arrangements for you if you ask too. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I just recently needed repair on a new Honda and their work was impeccable. There is no evidence at all of the original damage. Their service was excellent and I was updated at all times on the progress of their work. I find Lake Norman Paint & Body to be honest in their assessments and quotes. I find especially valuable the lifetime warranty on their work. Few businesses to this anymore! I highly recommend them!

I came in about 30 minutes before close after calling prior just to ask if they would be able to fix a minor issue with my bumper. Surprisingly they fixed it right then in only 15 minutes for NO CHARGE!! Just the cost of tipping the guy who was gracious enough to fix it. Staff were attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. Some of the best customer service I have ever had! Recommend this to anyone having issues with their car, especially since some body shops can be shady and overcharge, but not this place. Great experience!

I took my Jaguar F-Pace to 3 different places to get an estimate on terrible, deep scratches I had on the passenger side rear quadrant. Lake Norman was HALF THE PRICE of the other 2. I must admit this made me nervous. I decided to have then do the work and rent from Enterprise (they have a great rate for Lake Norman Paint and Body customers). I took my Jag in on Wednesday and it was finished on Friday. It looked GREAT. Like brand new. From now on I will only get 1 estimate and it will be from Lake Norman Paint and Body on Statesville Rd, Cornelius, NC.

Its a great place great work and great people

I recently brought in my Nissan 370Z for a routine dinged bumper. The estimate was around $800 after adjustments. Which was fine. Once repair was completed the bumper was not aligned correctly and the accompanying accessories were falling off and the rear view camera was mis-aligned as well. I brought the car back and they had a week to correct their work and it wasnt even addressed. They added some unusual parts to align the accessories and it looks like garbage. There was paint rubbed off where the bumpers should have aligned, and if they were aligned correctly I wouldnt have noticed. They took the wrong color paint and touched it up. It also looks like trash. I expected professional work and I got sub par. I definitely felt ripped off. I cannot afford to bring my car back to these people for more arguments. These people have literally made the problem worst and have devalued my beloved car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everything went great and smoothly. They did a fabulous job and everyone was friendly and professional. Only down side was they didnt accept credit cards or debt cards. Which, if it because of fees, thats being really cheap.

AWESOME! I am blown away by their service. Vehicle damaged in an accident. I went in for a quote, they took my vehicle, my quote from the insurance adjustor, set me up with a rental, worked with the insurance companies, informed me of any incidentals and worked with insurance for the changes. I had no worries. Picked up the vehicle looking better than before the accident. Work is warranted for as long as I have the vehicle. Who does that these days? Harley and the crew at Lake Norman Paint and body. Totally impressed. :)

I was there in may to have my passenger door fixed on my bmw 750. Required some body work and paint....they did a great job..reasonable price. Almost 6 months later and it still looks brand new..

FABULOUS PAINT AND BODY WORK! I have had several (more than several) bumps and crashes over the years and I have had LKN P&B do the repairs for me. Not only do they do a great job, but their estimates are lower than their nearest competition. I wouldnt want to mention names, but it starts with a W. Anyway, I highly recommend this place to have any body work done on your car. I have always had a Lexus, and when you pay high $$$$ for your vehicle you want to be assured the repairs are in good hands. This is the go-to place in Lake Norman.

Absolute disaster. They constantly lie about when the car will be ready. They have had our truck for 3 months and have been unable to finish the work. They constantly tell us it will be ready next week and then simply give us a different story when we call the next week. They are completely inept and should not be trusted with your vehicle ever.

Worst place ive ever taken my car. Neighbor bumped into my door so i took it there to be fixed through her insurance + i was having some other work done which i was paying out of pocket for. On the insurance work they were doing: They lied to my face told me they were gonna replace the damaged fiberglass panel but instead decided to repair it, then alter the insurance quote how they saw fit.Personal work i was paying out of pocket for:i asked them to weld a small hole in a metal frame = instead they just filled the hole with silicone, i wanted the broken plastic valiance under my bumper replaced = they just drilled holes in it and zip tied it together....which i just so happen to catch and they forget to mention, but didnt forget to charge me for new parts on the bill until i brought it up lol funny how that works.Actual work: they were paint oversprays and a drop of paint around my side marker lens (id upload a pic if i could), they also disconnected parts of the car and never put the screws back inCustomer Service: Lets see...not only did i wait a month for the appointment but they took OVER A MONTH to get the work done which shouldve only take a couple weeks max, you can never reach the manager when you call hes always just stepped into the shop.After all the BS, and constantly calling them out on everything mentioned above all they had to say was sorry, never made any attempt to make things right. I give them -1 if that was a rating on here.

I think the gentlemans name was Robert or Bob that I work with, had him look at my car, had some black specks on it, he gave me great advice exclamation mark when I need body work done Ill be coming back here!
