Love this store and employees are great. The remodel they did is really nice!!!!!They sell fresh trees, all greenery and a wonderful Holiday decorating department, bird feeding, bbq, rakes and gardening department. Stop by and see their offerings!! We always stop when we are in town!!

Best place to get your propane tanks refilled. Why settle for 2/3 full with an exchange when ACE will FILL your tank for less $$ than the exchanges cost. I hate running out and getting a full tank makes all the difference.

Beautiful plants and garden items. Grills of all kinds and prices. They have employees who can answer questions and give advice.

I was very pleased with the help I received when I called Ace to find out what would be the best outdoor grill for my condo. I spoke with Dori who was very helpful and well informed about the attributes of the various grills in their inventory. While I had not planned to purchase a grill over the phone, due to Dori’s knowledge and helpfulness, I bought a Weber that is a perfect fit for my patio. Also Ace provided free assembly and delivery, as well as carried off the old grill. Davidson Ace will be my go-to in the future.

Decent selection of stuff and decent prices but the customer service is usually very awkward. I arrived 20 minutes before close and an employee in the front was leaning on a display asking me what I was looking for in a very aggressive tone. I said Im looking for the garden section and he kept asking questions while being passive aggressive so I just walked away. I then heard him and another employee talking about how customers expect them to stay open past their close time and that it was so annoying. I left prior to them closing without purchasing anything because it felt like they did not want anyone to come in. This is very typical of the way they treat their customers based off the few times Ive been here.

Ace hardware have all the little nic nacs you cant find at other hardware stores. I found the innovations humidifier online then when I arrived at the store to pick up my order. they have yard decorations as well. Friendly and nice customer service oriented people working their to help you.

This store has the worst customer service and employees. Dori, Lisa, and Tom were the most unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful people! They treated me like I had the plague. When I asked them each for help, their response was, If we have it, it is over there. One of them did tell me what isle it was supposed to be on. I couldnt find it. Their website said what I was looking for was in stock, but they couldnt be bothered to look it up and help me! I will never visit that store again!

We will no longer give this store our business. For the second time, the lady that works the register was EXTREMELY rude. Everyone is entitled to an off day but when we experienced it twice, I just had to leave a review. She is bad for business Ace.

Just wanted to shout out to this location! They are always so helpful and truly a sweet group of people! I spoke with a lady for about 20 mins and ended up purchasing some Christmas lights. When we walked out she ended up coming out of the store to wish us a Merry Christmas. It’s the kind hearted little things that will make me a customer for life. Keep up the good work and down to earth attitude!

Terrible customer service!! They have a sign up saying no returns on lights and they will happily test them for you. Well we got nothing but attitude from the rude cashier. She told us to just take them home and try it, but the sign still says No Returns for any reason. She finally tested the lights with as much attitude as possible. I’ll try and avoid this Ace if possible if this is how they treat their customers. I have a better experience with much more friendly people at Lowe’s and Home Depot.

I would not recommend this store to anyone, I just left and the owner of the store refuses to abide by the legal exemptions of the mandate. I will never support her establishment again.

Unwillingness to help and horrible attitude exhibited by the owner and the old lady working. Hopefully it was actually the owner who displayed such an immature and pathetic behavior. So much for continued support of a local business. I will make it my daily mission to make certain everyone is aware of how pathetic two people representing an establishment can act.

I have never been disappointed when I stop by Ace. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they are always happy to help. Theyve given me expert guidance on so many home and gardening projects and theyve never yet been wrong!

This review is not for the store itself. Its like every other Ace Hardware. Yesterday, 6/10/2020 I visited this store. I work as an assistant to the elderly. I was with a client yesterday and we bought 4 bags of birdseed, buy one get one free. At the cash register the cashier couldnt figure out how to honor the sale price. The line was long & she called the manager, Dori. She pulled us over to a second register while she rudely explained that I was wrong and the receipt was right. I was calm and polite when I explained showed her the sale paper. I did not want to upset the woman I was assisting and she was confused about what was happening. Dori was condescending, impatient and rude and in front of many customers. The four bags were $56 full price. Thats a big sale.She refunded the money, rang the items up again, the cost was nearly half off and we paid again. She did not apologize for her tone, her impatience or for being wrong.The lady that I was assisting on this day had not left her house due to the pandemic and was looking forward to this outing. It was incredibly stressful for her and for me.I have never been treated this way by a store clerk. I was in scrubs and it was obvious that I was assisting the woman buying the birdseed.I will never step foot in this store again because of this experience. It was embarrassing.Also, in my many visits to this store Ive noticed a lot of the people who shop there are seniors. Dori nor the other cashier were wearing masks which made me uncomfortable.I thought all day about whether or not I should leave this review. I would never want to hurt a business if someone was just having a bad day.But she needs to know how her treatment towards us made us feel. Hopefully, this wont happen again to anyone else.

I love this Ace hardware! What I appreciate is that the staff greets me at the door, asks me what I need help with, and when I tell them, they walk with me over to the section and take time to explain the different options. The staff goes above and beyond. One time I needed 3 sets of 3 keys made. I had put tiny letters F, S, B on each key in highlighter, barely visible. I didnt tell the key maker about the letters, just gave the 3 keys. When I picked up my keys, she handed me 3 little bags. On one bag she had written an F, one was B, and the other S! They even advise me on proper planting times when I buy plants. If the idea of going to a big box hardware store gives you anxiety, please go to this Ace to get relief and friendly assistance.

This ACE Hardware had a lot of things but it didnt have what I was looking for. Just to let everyone that reads this review know I was looking for a Dewalt xr cordless hammer drill.

Needed a small piece of screening for a vent cover and they donated a scrap that was all I needed. Theyre great as always.

Walked into ace yesterday around 5pm 1-21-16 to deliver a paid priority package. All I had to do was drop it off but I wanted to make sure it was scanned to be safe. I waited at the counter(mind you, there was about 4-5 people working and was not that busy) people buying shovels and salt basically for our storm. I ring the bell at the post office counter, wait about 4-6 minutes (rang the bell in the 2 min mark as well) and no one comes.Now I go to the front desk, wait in line for another 1-2 min just to saycan someone take this paid package. Finally a woman come to the back post office counter and says Ill just scan it in, so its in the system but they might not pick it up for a few days. No problem. I said. Then the lady puts the package down and leaves without scanning it in. I say, I thought u were gonna scan it in. She says, oh, I cant......someone else had to do it. Wow. I say ok, no problem.Now I ask the lady how much the salt was, she says its ringing up 6$. I ask her where it is... She points to the far back corner of the store...First off, whos the manager of this place knowing its a big storm in this area but let me keep all the salt in the back corner for no one to see.I grab a bag and carry it to the counter were that same lady is... She tells me it will be 11$ and some change. I say you just told me it was 6$. Oh thats for the blue bag, not the green. I say wheres the blue bag.....she asked a man, he was speechless because I guess there not used to having 6 customers in there at a time and he was flustered. I then look at the lady and say thanks anyways... I walk out the door.This is why I like the big box stores. I will never go to ace hardware again because of this. Even if I have to drop a package off.

I called to see if they offer lawnmower repair services. Judy was very friendly and knowledgeable. They werent able to help us with our problem but recommended a couple of places. Recently moving out of state, we appreciated their reference.Everyone here has always been friendly, they are knowledgable and treat you like family. You dont find this type of service very often.

One more negative review about this store. My interaction with the employees of this store was very negative. Dont think speaking to the manager will do anything, except get you called a liar. Stay away from this store, like another reviewer said, its worth the drive to go elsewhere....oh, and dont even think of using their restroom!

This small locally-owned hardware store is a gem. You arent in the store for two minutes before a knowledgeable helper asks what youre looking for. Sooo different from the big box stores. Its store layout rarely changes, so you can zip in and out 2-3 times on project day. You can buy one screw-- of almost any type, or a 5 lb. box of them. Easy to maneuver, etc. And this one even has a small post-office inside where packages can be shipped and supplies purchased. Pure genius! Wide range of hardware store items. Go elsewhere for appliances or lumber, but when you need some advice about a tricky hinge, and dont want to wander a giant, nauseating warehouse, this is the place to be. Lowes and Home Depot are part of the big suburban plague-- avoid them.

Went to store on 1/18 saw some items on sale I wanted but they had no prices . Asked the 2 ladies at the desk they said they dont know the price they then called the manager which after 10 minutes never came. I asked again as I wanted the items but she said she has no price . So I started to walk out of the store and the lady behind the counter said just take them. Right and get caught for shoplifting I dont think so. And for them to walk out of the counter are would of been a miracle. Lazy people. One should of taken the item to the manager and got a price . Never again will go to this so called family neighborhood hardware store..

Giant sign mandates masks must be worn inside the store. Apparently the checkout lady is the exception to the rule and was not wearing a mask the entire time we were there. Even when I needed to checkout. I won’t be back.

Actually purchased most of what I have in my garage from here. I had an issue one time that rubbed me the wrong way, so I emailed the store owner. I got no response from the owner and the clerk that could have made corrected a simple problem didnt. This place does not care about the customer at all. This coming from a guy whos never posted a negative review about any company on any site. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot.

This store has the BEST customer service of any store I have ever been to, and I have been going to this store for 30 years. It may not have all the stuff that the big stores do, but at least they know what they have and everything about it.
