I highly recommend visiting LightStyles for any of your lighting needs. We just bought new lighting for our downstairs and had the best experience. I worked with Gwen and she was amazing. I met with her multiple times, and she went above and beyond to help me. She even emailed ideas in between my visits to be sure l knew my options. She worked within my budget and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen, after bringing in a picture from Pinterest. She was wonderful, and Ive already told my friends about her. Fantastic experience. My son hit an expensive exterior light fixture with a baseball. The light was broken and trying to find a new one was not easy since they only sell through a few distributors. I found LightStyles on the manufacturers website. Instead of trying to sell me a new light, Dave (the service and sales manager) asked if they could try to fix it for me. He was very responsive and friendly. After dropping the light off, they called 2 days later that they repaired it for a very reasonable cost. Two weeks later they followed up to make sure I was happy with the repair. Now that is customer service! Great job LightStyles!

Selection excellent. Quality of fixtures very good. An initial issue with the hanging mechanism of one of the pendants, but Lightstyles corrected immediately. Would purchase from the business again.

Lightstyles in Cornelius is our only choice for lighting. The staff is knowledgeable and offer wonderful personal customer service. I’ve worked with Terry MacCallum there on lighting choices for two different houses and have been so pleased both times. She listens and takes time to understand the overall design of the home. Recently, she helped me choose lighting and fans for the entire inside and outside of our new home. She always helps me move a little out of my comfort zone, which I like, and the result is always amazing. We get so many complements on our lighting. I always feel like a kid in a candy store in Lightstyles. Everything is so stunning to look at. You can’t go wrong there whether you need one piece or a whole house full of lighting.

We have purchased a 42 y/o brick ranch that was in desperate need of a facelift. I strolled into Lightstyles one afternoon and was approached by Gwen Rhodes and she was delightful. We agreed on a process and over the course of three scheduled meetings the two of us chose lighting and fans for the whole house. She stayed on point. Never wavering from the goal as she nicely guided me thru each room and always mindful of my budget. The outcome is beautiful. I highly recommend this gem on West Catawba and if available ask for Gwen.

Not only does Lightstyles have contemporary and stunning products, but their customer service is top notch. I had a product install where my electrician sort of bailed on me and Lightstyles jumped in and refused to stop until the job was done! I am so happy with the end result, and the kindness of the staff is unmatched.

Didnt answer their phone on 3x attempts. When they did on the 4th, I was supposed to get a callback if the part I needed was in stock. No callback. Called 2x more times, no answer. They are closed now..
