Special recognition to Cory, who is a hero in my eyes, helping my daughter who had a catastrophic blowout after encountering an object in the road late last night. This team got her and her one year old safely to a hotel last night and serviced the vehicle first thing this morning and even delivered her car to her to help her on her way. I need to mention they did all of this while not breaking the bank or taking advantage of the situation. Bravo to Cory and Goodyear Auto!

Come here to be pleasantly treated with honesty and fairness! It is rare to have truck trouble and be able to write that it was a pleasant experience. I had a brake problem. I am in the area a lot but from out of town and needed to go home the next day. From the beginning Cory was easy going, polite, understanding and just nice to talk to. He understood the problem and they got me on the way same day. I am really picky with my truck that work be done right. They did an outstanding job. They treated me - a stranger from out of town - with great decency. I recommend them 100% and would entrust work on my truck to them any time.

Honestly don’t take your car here. I have them a grand to give them back my car an hour later for the same problem. Day two with out my car. And a grand later .

They really go above and beyond to help us with last minute repairs that get us back on the road. I went with my mother to get her tires changed. There were a lot of cars parked outside, so we figured it would be awhile. It only took about an hour and a half and the staff was very nice.

Today was my first time going to Goodyear Auto Service to get new tires on my Jeep Compass. I ended up there because Wal Mart nor Sams club carried my tires in stock. I read the reviews for Goodyear and decided to call them. I was able to all the necessary footwork on the phone with Ryan on Monday. When I took my car in today I was greeted by Mark and felt my vehicle was in good hands. Goodyear not only gave me great service but beat the price for the same tires I would have had to order from the other 2 stores. I will definitely be going back to them when I need additional services they provide. Thank you for your professionalism and treating me like I matter.

The service was pretty good here and the hours are super convenient. One of the few reliable mechanics I can find in Corning that is open on a weekend. The prices were also fairly good, but nothing I didnt expect.

The brakes on my old Buick gave out as I was pulling into Corning from out of town, but Goodyear took my car in late on a Saturday afternoon and had it done by the next morning. They were very nice and even made a few other small fixes free of labor charge. Sadly I had to turn in ol Bu shortly after that trip, but thank you for making sure I got home safe, and for making our last big ride together a good one.

Good but expensive

They where excellent! We had two flat tires on our travel trailer, and we had to park it along a major highway.They made sure to be quick so that we could get back fast to put the tires on and get the camper off the highway. Their hard work and great customer service was appreciated!

The main guy at the front desk is really sarcastic, arrogant, and rude. Id been here a few times to get all-season tires. One of the times, I had called-in requesting to move up my appointment time, and the changed time was confirmed over phone, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the arrogant main guy saying, Oh! You decided to show up early?. They had not rescheduled my appointment and were questioning me about it !I have had repeat negative experiences with this front desk manager/head, whos always looking to one up you by fast-talking. Once, when I showed this guy a promo code that I wanted to use for a discount, he didnt even look at it, and staring at his computer literally said, Dont know what youre talking about.Stay away from this center with unprofessional and rude customer service, and a manager with attitude problems.

They are honest, do great work and dont overcharge. They have caught a few major repairs before they caused me trouble. I will always use this place!
