I walked in, off the street looking to buy a canopy, they were set up for a showroom, not a single buyer. I must have caught them off guard, the receptionist didnt know what to do, she showed me a couple of models, explained its not for permanent outdoor use - what I was looking for-. I bought one, set it up and kept it out in the california sun for two summers before it gave our from sun damage. The frame is still good, just need to fit another canopy cover.

Awful, Awful, Awful. I would leave zero stars if I could. Paid $3500 for a canopy and it ripped on the 1st day. To make matters worse, they REFUSE to give us a refund. I HIGHLY suggest taking your business elsewhere. As a business owner, their customer service is very poor.

After trying since last year to get a specific replacement canopy for a product I purchased from them in 2018. I was sent an email with a link to order a replacement for what I have currently. I clicked on the link and paid and received a canopy replacement cover which did not match what I currently have.
