Marcos was an excellent sales men. Explained to him what exactly my issues I had when I woke up in the morning with sore hips, shoulders and neck. I like the offers and the pricing but when I Decided to purchase they had nothing of what I purchased I have to wait over a month to see if itll get manufactured and then they will set a delivery time it seems like you should offer sales on something you actually have in stock not something you hope to have in the near future. The staff was very helpful and acommodating. They helped me find what I wanted and even worked with me on pricing.The very disappointing part is that they had almost nothing of what I wanted and had to set a promise date of February of next year. They kept saying I MAY get it by July. If I truly do in fact get it by then Ill be okay with that, but but still disappointing.Now well have to wait and see if they can deliver as they stated they could.

The guy in there has been doing mattress sales for 15 years and he knows his stuff. I found my king sized purple 3 mattress and he got me two 8lb pillows and some sheets as well. He checks stock on everything and is very trustable!

Went to Mattress Firm today hoping to have a mattress ordered as soon as possible. I was greeted immediately by Marco. He was assisting others in the store, but still made the time to greet me. (Liam) was such a huge help, he was patient and took his time to ensure I picked my perfect fit/style. Shout out to Kim!! Best buying experience ever! We had the easiest, most comfortable time buying our new bed this weekend. Despite it being busier than I anticipated, Kim assisted my boyfriend and I by answering all of our questions. I called ahead to see if the store was open and Marco answered and as I asked him different questions he was very polite and thorough. My wife, my grandson and I arrived to the store and Marco greeted us with a smile and opened the door for us and let us in. I told him that I had called earlier and that I wanted to see what the difference was in the mattresses that he carried. I had heard alot about the Purple mattresses so he took us to them first. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the product lines and he made it clear to us what the differences were and the warranties were. We tested pretty much every brand in the store and Marco made us feel welcomed and not rushed at all. As we tried the different mattresses he explained the benefits in detail which made it interesting and fun. After laying all over the stoe we came to a decision on the Temur-Pedic and he explained all the purchasing options to us clearly. We gave him our option for purchase. He then offered us the discounts and additional warranties available. We opted for the adjustable frame and let us know about the extended warranty on it, which we purchased. He the told us about the pillows,sheets, mattress cover bundles and explained both the benefits and differences in them. We decided to go with their top of the line bundle. The mattress cover protection seemed very good. Marco processed us quickly and set up the delivery time as we requested. He was very professional, polite and upbeat. He made the purchase a very good experience. He also assured us that if we have any future issues with the mattress or questions he would personally assist us. We enjoyed him and the experience. I am now looking forward to getting our bed. I will recommend Marco to any of our friends looking for a new bed.

Went in to just to check out beds and see what specials were available. Kim was very friendly and informative. Showed us lots of beds and explained how they were constructed and why different firmness levels are important for different people. The deals they have during Black Friday and the end of the year are amazing you save a lot of money and you end up spending the price of just the bed in the end but with the works included like your pillow cases, your pillows, and even your sheets all bundled into one price. They have an amazing warranty as well which is well worth the price because they cover any damage, but if at the end of your warranty you never used it once then you get the amount you spent in store credit!! Marco was a great help. Be sure to ask for him if you go in. I spent quite some time doing research on mattresses and I called in to see if they carried “Tulo” in store, they didn’t but that’s okay because Marco gave me the name and information of a very similar mattress.
