Had an excellent experience here.Laura took lots of time explaining the differences between mattresses, costs, warranty and we had to have spent an hour or so trying the mattresses out.We came back a second time before purchasing. Since Laura wasnt in Angelic helped us. She was ever bit as nice and professional as Laura and though Laura was getting the credit for our purchase, she spent at least an hour working with us with a smile and helpful information.

I would like to send a review for my parents. We have been looking for a new bed and my parents are elderly. Our salesman Angelic was so helpful and so patient with my mum and dad. She made them feel so comfortable and helped them with exactly what they needed and wanted. The beds are like no other. My parents talked about the bed and the experience in the car all the way home.

We were told when buying a mattress (the i10-King) that there was a 30 day price guarantee and if a better promotion became available they could adjust the price. Great! We placed our order, 2 days later we received a promo for an additional $160 off... not a huge amount, I know. But we work hard for our money and if we can save more... why not?.... But what an ordeal it is to get that adjustment we would have to completely cancel our order and re-do the order from scratch.... which means waiting an additional 3 to 4 weeks for delivery... this simply does not make sense to us. Although they tried to be helpful at the store, they just ended up giving us the run around. If youre going to spend the money for a premium mattress, opt for one that values the customer experience and appreciate the customers time and money. Sleep number does not do that at any level. Pretty disappointing.

The bed was delivered but my sales girl did not come over like she said she was. They delivered it and my son was there. I got home and the bed was set up with the app to work on my side but not my husbands side and we could not get ahold of anyone today. Too long of a hold timeMy sales girl not even coming in for two days. I should have gotten the remote?

We went in and spent about 40 minutes on our first visit. We tried several beds and never felt rushed even though the store was closing. Angelique, our sales representative stayed and answered all of our questions. We told her we wanted to think about it and came back two days later and purchased several items. She remembered every detail about what we liked; answered more questions and explained (over and above) how to work certain items. She really made us feel valued and appreciated.

My husband and I bought the I-10. We were helped by Angelique (I hope I spelled her name right). In any case, she was amazing! Highly informative, very professional but also warm and friendly. She was beyond helpful. She made our experience fun. I feel like she tried to get us the best discounts possible too. We are happy with our purchase but even happier with Angelique!!!

We had great customer service and were extremely knowledgeable of the products.

We walked in just to browse and to get information on what these beds were all about, to see if the hype was real. Did not plan on purchasing at all. After spending an hour with Angelique we ended up purchasing a bed. She ( Angelique ) was very helpful and informative about the product, answered all our questions. I’d recommend asking for her if you’re interested. Tell her Sam and Janet sent you.

Angelique was great!! She showed us the full spectrum of products and we chose one that suits our needs. She was friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable about the products. Shes a keeper!!! Cant wait to get in the bed.... Didnt like the two week waiting period tho….

The sleep number in Corona Norco was amazing to be able to help me select the perfect mattress that helped with my disability . They were kind and very professional.

We came in with a problem with our bed to see what can be done about it (we werent hopeful for an easy solution- if any)and after describing the issue the sales lady thoughtfully listened to us and suggested looking at the plastic supports under the bed. Sure enough she was right! Two of the supports were broken and we were able to move a few things for a temporary fix until we can call customer service in the morning for a warranty repair. Thank you so much! I thought we were going to sleep on the couch tonight. Excellent customer service and great job by your employee! Looking forward to more great nights with my bed.

Love our sleep number bed..and the gal at the corona store helped us purchase bedding. We have had our sleep number bed for over a year and and we sleep soooo well. I own the number 1-800-COMFORT and i think we should talk because the bed is amazinglycomfortable.

I went into this store a couple of days ago just to browse and see if I could find anything as far as pillows and comforters that I might like. This blonde older lady with glasses came up to me and offered me assistance but I told her I was just looking. I went towards the back of the store to look at different things and she came over once again and told me offered to help once again and I told her once more, thanks, but Im just looking.Not too long after this, I noticed restrooms in the back that had no employee only signs and so I used the restroom real quick and then proceeded to leave.I had made my way over to the store next door and started looking around when all of a sudden the said blonde older lady with glasses rushes inside the store I was in and all the way to where I was standing and says matter-of-factly, so youre not gonna buy anything..you just wanted to use the restroom.Are you kidding me??! This woman followed/stalked me all the way out of the store and into the next one to HARASS ME..First of all, there was no sign that said you are NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK AROUND THE STORE or that you HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING OTHERWISE YOURE NOT WELCOME INSIDE. How can you make a purchase without looking around first, especially for a more expensive purchase..Second of all, there was NO SIGN that said EMPLOYEES ONLY, or RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY..I cant BELIEVE how someone could be so UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE to actually follow someone out of the store and into the next one just to tell them what she said to me. You dont work somewhere and if a person doesnt buy anything, just follow them outside and ask them, so youre not gonna buy anything, you just wanted to use the restroom!!!I will never be back to this store. I saw nice things that I would have been interested in buying in the future but I will be buying them elsewhere where the service isnt ridiculous and unacceptable like it was at this place..
