I’m a total make up nude and she helped me get all set up she was super sweet matched my complexion perfect and found the perfect products for my red/ freckle skin and even showed me some techniques! We didnt get assistance from liked 15 minutes aftertryingtofindsomething, then they didnt even have what I wanted, if someone wouldve asked earlier then I wouldve moved on.

Friendly staff, was greeted promptly and checked on once, I see that as good service. The isles are narrow and the space is crammed with product and displays, feels a bit suffocating. I preferred the previous layout. Good place to go to get what you need.

Im not very great with Makeup so all the very helpful store associates walking around are lifesavers! Had a great experience with someone coming fairly quickly to make sure I was doing alright. She helped me color match my skin with a great foundation and gave me tips on how to apply it and the steps to a more complete look. Once I had the information I needed I was able to casually look around without being bothered. At checkout, again, very friendly and helpful. Parking is great right in front of this Ulta especially on hot days- due to the trees providing shade. Would visit again.

Messed up my hair

One of the friendliest Ulta stores I have been in. Karen was absolutely amazing. She helped me so much. Nathan who was at the register was really over the top nice too.

I typically try to avoid this particular Ulta because of a previous bad experience but Nathaniel helped me with a return (order was shipped to my home and came in broken) He was so sweet and super helpful. Exchanged my product and opened the new one to show me it was all intact!

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in the girl in the perfume section where we were at called security. She was watching us the whole time like a were going to do something wrong and was rude when my boyfriend asked a question. I used to drop a decent amount of money at this store. Not anymore...

Always some sort of deals or coupons. Tons of options, from drug store type makeup, to some decent brand stuff. Other than maybe keeping the tester products a bit more tidy I cant think of anything bad about this place. Its a shut up and take my money situation every time i walk in :)

This is my GO TO beauty store!! I LOVE Ulta. The service is usually very good; the employees are usually eager to help. This store has MANY high end brands many drug store brands, and the Ulta brand as well! They have everything from makeup, to hair, to body, to mens hair/body products, perfume/cologne, bath salts, etc. There is even A SALON INSIDE! The rewards program is also very convenient if youre an avid makeup purchaser. The wait in line is usually a bit long. I typically spend around 5+ mins just in line every time so its not ideal for picking something up really quick.

Very helpful staff. I couldnt find what I needed in the store so they ordered it online to ship to my home for free. Excellent service.

It usually isnt busy on Sunday afternoons. They have all sorts of beauty products. Very friendly staff.

Friendly make-up staff! very helpful! There are two sisters that work there in the make-up section, very fun and knowledgable on their products!

I like the store better at night then during the day because Ulta employees are so up your ass, that theyll take an item outta your hand and tell you theyll have it up front waiting for to you, due to Im assuming the shoplifting at the store. Still it made me uncomfortable that after she took the item away from me she wouldnt leave me alone and let me browse the store on my own asking me a million questions about God know what, that eventually I just walked out.

Been going to this location for years. Met and was helped last night by Erin....she was fantastic! I have been struggling with medical issues for over a year and subsequently having multi issues with skin, hair, make-up. She was so very patient, went over several brands and we discussed pros and cons.once again just amazing customer service...thank you Erin!

Sales associates are RUDE! Was just in there and was looking for a particular item, the associate with the half ponytail at the register was of zero assistance, didnt say hello, didnt offer to any alternatives nor did she say thank you, sorry or goodbye. Will NOT coming back here, will stick to Ulta in Riverside where Cindy is extremely helpful and nice.

I made an appt. to have my hair cut with Mia in the salon. She was wonderful! I needed to make a drastic change and was scared to death. She listened to what I had to say and did a fantastic new do! She even offered to send the pony tail she cut off into Locks of Love for me! I will definitely be back!

Nice place and huge selection but over priced on most items. One example is...bottle of Chi was $50, SAME EXACT bottle at Target was $25 ! UNREAL !

My daughter buys hair,skin and make-up products at this location at least 1x month, and spends a lot of money . However, yesterday we were followed around and watched like we were a couple of thieves!!!! I was so mad I wanted to ask them DO YOU NEEDHELP FINDING SOMETHING??? It was that bad! We drive all the across town to go to that ULTA and were just enjoying ourselves browsing around the store and trying samples.I will NOT go there with her again.

The worst ever, paid $230 for highlight and required repair because it looked horrible nothing I wanted at all. The repair is even worse my highlights are horrendous 3 different colors and the policy there is you have to see the same stylist even if you dont like that person. Never get your hair done there, they only know make up.

Customer Service needs some serious improvement. I am from out of town, visiting family who lives here in California and came to this Ulta location purchase a facial mask. I circled the store twice before I could find someone to help me and then I found a manager; I said excuse me and she literally looked back said how can I help you? and continued walking away. I felt as if I was chasing her around the store to ask my question. I eventually stopped and stood in place and she continued walking away addressing my question from 50 feet away looking the opposite way. I just left and purchased the mask at Sephora.

The sales associates are rude and dont acknowledge the customers upon entering the store. The sales lady insisted that the item Im purchasing is not on sale until I told her to go check the sticker on the item. After she checked and noticed that in fact shes wrong, she didnt even apologize for her inconsideration and didnt even say thank you after I purchased the item. They need some customer service training!

Terrible experienceWorst ulta I have ever been to. One girl sat on thr floor as shes looking for a product for me and then pointed at the product with her feet to tell me with one to get and the other girl karina was rushing me with an attitude at the register. I was rushed so much even though I had everything out and ready. I ended up leaving 2 products behind because she wouldnt take the time to understand what I wanted to use the coupon towards. The blonde with short hair manager is the rudest of all.

Favorite makeup store, nice people and great products

I LOVE how clean and organize the store is every time I go in. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the salon serves. I have natural curly hair not Afro-texted hair I asked before hand if the lady who cut my hair, could do curly hair. They said that Lupita an older Hispanic woman was qualified to.What I was left with was the most atrocious haircut I have ever received. Part of my hair is coming out fully straight and other parts are of my natural curls. Its very uneven (since it was cut wet and you dont cut curly hair wet) now all I can do is wait and pray that my curls come back and go to a different place. 45$ wasted.The product are always great just dont trust theyre salon services or Lupita

01/03/16- store hours say that closing time is 7pm, then we get there at 6:05pm and the doors were locked. There were about 10 other customers who also needed to shop, and were there since when they looked up the time, it said closing time was 7pm.
