Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Dock Pros. We had a roll up door that needed repairs and we requested a preventative maintenance service for both doors. The technician lacked the skill to properly diagnosis the problem and spent an hour shifting door slats only to conclude that it didn’t fix the problem. He also provided a shoddy preventative maintenance service – didn’t lubricate the rail guides, only gave a limited lubrication to one of two motors. When I brought these concerns to management with video footage, they defended their employee an offered me $100 off the bill. Mind you, I didn’t get any real service and the door was no better off than when I started. Apparently this is a company that expects to be paid for just showing up. We engaged a different company who was able to repair the door without any special equipment and completed a thorough preventative maintenance – they even identified loose set screws on the motor mount caused from the vibration of opening and closing the doors. If you need a company with integrity and skilled professionals, I don’t recommend Dock Pros.
