We actually picked up the dump truck from the Fontana location. The customer rep. was very friendly and helpful. Had a great experience and will definitely recommend and rent again from United Rentals.

Ease of use

Because i asked for a last minute request and they took care of it without any questions, this makes my job a whole lot easier.

I rented a trailer to haul away some debris. The equipment worked fine. Unfortunately with the fires they shut down the 91 freeway and my driver couldnt return it on time that afternoon. He came in the next day before noon, but I got charged for 2 days. Its not their fault about the fires, but it would have been nice if they understood. The guy was matter of fact, credit card please. I need some more equipment so I will probably rent somewhere else for awhile.
