Rejected my package because it was too big?? Terrible service!

I understand their rates are bit higher than the standard shipping or courier services but PostalAnnex people charged almost double the price of the USPS flat rate envelope shipping compared to USPS. Absurd prices. On top of that the two day shipping package still sits there on the second day. Do not recommend this place if you want to ship items quicker or with reasonable rates.

My wife and I needed a a document notarized. We went to one place (not shared) and they didn’t have a notary on site. Granted they said they did. We then went to get some groceries and we saw this place. Great customer service and great timing.

I drove from Corona to Eastvale today the google maps show that there open today until 4pm clearly they are closed today they should update their information.

They have lost hundreds of dollars of my packages. I suspect their younger or newer employees are opening up my boxes as only my expensive items go missing. Tracking shows it was never scanned meaning it was left here and stolen.

They claim they lost my most expensive items. DO NOT DROP YOUR ITEMS HERE! Tracking will not be scanned and youll be out your items. I suspect they are opening items here.

We have been using the services they offer here since 2015 and have always been well taken care of! The owner Ms. Patel, is a very kind hearted person and works so hard. M wife and I wish her the best.

The owner is very rude and without a shred of customer service protocols. The products are the smallest size with the highest prices.The only redeeming quality about this location are the employees, courteous and professional.

The employees take FOREVER to help each customer and their prices are absurd! They over charge for shipping. They over charge for boxes and packing material. I will never go there again.

Ive had a box here for years. The level of service is outstanding. When I need something and Im out of town, Priti (?) always gives me great service.

I have used this facility for a mailbox and to receive packages for years. Every visit has been as friendly, professional and accommodating as I could ever want.

The owners and staff at this Postal Annex are extremely courteous and the level of service has always been excellent. While I have another shipping facility near to my home-office, I prefer to use this Postal Annex for all my shipping needs.

Have utilized this store for years. Ms. Patel is a professional and has always went beyond to take care of our families needs for all of her services. We would not shop at any other postal service.

Do not drop off UPS mail here, since they are not checked in right on the spot. Two very valuable packages of mine have been lost.
