This company is a scam. Ive had non stop issues with my sunroom only a year after purchase and the company will not reach back out. I have leaks from the roof which leaked thru our lights. This company is definitely fraudulent. Please save your time, money, and energy. They are going thru other fake company names now. Fourseason, socl quality, be very careful

I worked with the project managers, Mike and Bruce, while creating my room enclosure. All the men here are so helpful and they really know what they are doing. The room now stands tall and magnificent. Cannot wait to enjoy my new living space.

The company is dependable and trustworthy. Their products speak for themselves. As other people have mentioned, the wait is longer than expected but it is understandable because theyre in high demand. For the price, I am more than willing to wait a little while longer.

I am speechless! The pricing is phenomenal and the products are fabulous. The only negative I can take away from my experience with Cthru was their wait times. It felt like they were always getting backed up with orders due to such a high volume. Although, that was really out of their hands and they did the best they could do given the circumstances. Overall, very happy with my experience.

They pretend to be sunroom.com then it leads you to c thru sunrooms to then be sent an invoice of sunroom and patio rooms of san Diego...from a company supposedly in Corona. They will give a price and then say its your fault for not mentioning install and raise the price by a couple more thousands. John Scott is something for telling customers for not handing over thousands of dollars in checks immediately to him as people who have a special place in hell avoid at all costs. They are paying to get good reviews as c thru, sunroom and patio rooms, sunrooms, they are a dba with no license and contract the work to workers who have had their licenses cancelled.

Disclaimer. I think I dealt with a different vendor out of Encinitas. But gives the product a bad name. Their customer service sucks. The kids that came and installed were good, but don’t pay them off until you make sure all correct. I had a couple issues but paid in good faith. Promises made to fix, but now the installer, Jason, appears to be dodging my calls for over a week and the C-Thru main office won’t return my calls. So these may be different folks, but be careful.

I bought a brand new manufactured home that I was about to close escrow on. Bruce came out to give me an estimate on an inclosed patio. This proposal turned into an invoice without me knowing or him going over it with me. Job was on hold pending approval from the park and confirmation on the materials. Bruce collected way more then 10% he collected 25% and also wrote my credit card # down on paper. Told me verbally your good to back out approved or not. Very shady company with no values. Nothing was purchased or agreed upon. Bruce will not give me my $2100 back. Time to take them to the BBB and the License Board. Beware!!!!!

I am a senior and I needed this space for years. The room enclosure gives me outdoor lighting without the temperature or the sunburns. This has become a perfect place for me to curl up and listen to a good audiobook.

Supposedly they have a lifetime warranty and I need help with mine but they will not respond to me or the better business bureau,,, my next stop...2 ON YOUR SIDE ON THE NEWS

My contractor purchased the Cthru sunroom material products when designing and building my enclosure. I had the enclosure designed to cover the small pool in my backyard. Its compact but not out of place. The upscale designs of the Cthru products really make the enclosure look top notch. It is the best sunroom product around.

Got a great sunroom quote and had a very knowledgeable salesman. Went to showroom and saw the product first hand and it’s looks even better in my backyard.

Im very happy with the products I received from CThru Sunrooms. It is clearly a high quality sunroom for the most affordable price possible. The sunroom is a seamless space from my living room to my backyard. It has completely transformed the previously empty patio. Incredible!

I met with Bruce in nov. 2018 and gave him approx. 7K as down payment. It took over 7 months of nagging to get the anyone to my house to construct the sunroom. I, initially was told Duncan was the site manager but he made unkept promises and was not returning my calls. I finally got a new site manager and the job was completed with no invoices or warranty info provided. My phone calls were not returned, Bruces phone no longer worked. No one at c-thru wants to hear about it or be helpful. My project is complete, time will tell as far as quality (rain,etc). A customer should never have to fight for a project to be done or get invoices once its done, I still have nothing for taxes. Look elsewhere until the contracting issue is resolved or you will have the same headaches.

POOR COMMUNICATION. WE HAD A 15 FT, X 30 ft. sunroom plus a covered patio done in 2016 and were extremely pleased with the whole process and love our sunroom-family room. We decided in May to enclose the patio, since it was underused and the enclosure would give me an art studio. Bruce came out May 8th and we gave him a deposit of $2250. and a few weeks later Duncan came out to do the measuring. We again paid an additional $2250. Shortly afterwards, before manufacturing began we decided to add an outside door, which would increase the total cost. About 3 weeks ago, Duncan called to say the manufacturing was complete and I would be getting a phone call for the installation day. We are still waiting for the call. I have texted, sent emails and left several phone messages with no call back. I called the company phone number that was on our contact no-one unanswered. In less than 10 days, we will be leaving for a lengthily vacation and would like this installation to be completed before we leave. It has been more than 2 months since Duncan did the measurements and this is very discouraging, especially since the patio will need to be hosed down before they do the installation. We took the time to completely clear it and hosed it down prior to the estimated time they originally told us. We also have had concrete laid in the area surrounding the patio so access and installation would be easier that when they came out. So what would have been AAA rating is now down to C or D strictly because of lack of communication..

Custom glass units were ordered through my contractor and installed. The glass is dirty-an obvious gray film- on the INSIDE surfaces. The company has been stalling and after two months still has not agreed to replace the defective units. Something is very wrong at C-thru.
