I like Smart n Final. They dont have a deli but for everything else..its great. Very clean store and friendly staff always. If you buy in bulk, youll like it even more.

Great store along with staff that are nice! The store is very clean and not to busy to pick up small things. The store is like a small Costco with no membership fees. You can buy things in bulk if you need to, also the prices are great. You can also find deals on craft beers here and the selection is always changing. They also have seasonal racks throughout the store along with some children toys too.

I love this store! It has changed names several times through out the years but they always keep up with supply & demand. Plus its always clean!

When shopping at this grocery store, regardless of which location, I have never had any worries, bad experiences, or unhappy moments. Their customers are courteous and accommodating. The merchandise is of excellent quality, and the prices are extremely low. Ill always be a fan. We adore this store and will return as soon as we can!

This is a great convenient grocery store where you can find almost everything! And when I say everything I mean it! You can even find toilet paper and paper towels not to mention rice and other things that other places easily run out!

I just left this store, only my second shopping experience there. Customer service was horrible. When the lone cashier called for assistance, as there was a line of at least 7 customers, she was told to call someone else by 2 different people, after her third request for help the assistant manager arrived. He did not offer to bag my groceries, but left to me to do it myself as the next customer’s order began mixing with mine. He also chided the customer in front of me die not bringing his own bags. It may be worth driving off the island to get affordable groceries in the future.

Good selection of sodas I bought a 24 pack of squirt soda for only 7.99. 👌 10/10 would return. Only issue is paid parking so yeah thats just Coronado for you. This is one of the only grocery stores on the island so I guess youll just have to accept the options 🤷‍♂️

Best produce section Ive seen on Coronado. Kinda cramped and limited selection elsewhere but thats everything on the island. Few times Ive been there the employees have been nice and helpful. No self checkout. Nice grocery store, just wish they had slightly longer hours.

Misleading hours, closed when I got there. It’s 9:34pm now and was supposed to close at 10pm

Always a great place to shop. A little busy, but moved fast.

I visited on Sunday and Jeff was outside making sure the patrons were taken care to social distance. I came by unexpectedly while riding my bike and did not have my lock. He graciously offered to watch my bike for me while I went inside to buy a few items. Thank you to Jeff for being a wonderful example of how we should treat each other.

Normally a good place to shop. Covid has changed all operations. Well stocked shelves. Some prices have gone up but still has good deals

Smart & Final is the poor mans Costco. The place with great selection with never than 2 people in at the checkout. Now there are many locations of S&F all over San Diego, but the one Coronado speaks to the expectations and affluence of their local consumers. Produce section is fresh, varied, and reasonably priced. My father called me and asked to pick up Hoisin sauce and they had it! Save time, save money, and save your patience and shop this store.

Very good prices for Coronado and very convenient, friendly staff members, shelves are always full and have everything you need.Also, the donuts are $0.59 and there are multiple selections!!! Best Deals!!!

All the workers there cashiers are truly helpful. Boys who always stock up are always making sure that if I am looking for something they are they to help. I even see them push the carts for elderly customers who need help I always come in about 6am 2pm a few times a weeks and that shift is 100% best customers services ever. I go at times just to see there smiles. Thank you smart and final for being so friendly.

This Smart and Final Extra! is a great place to shop. I go there several times a week and I always walk out with more than I had planned to buy. They have a great variety of products and they keep changing them so there is always something new to try. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cannot say too many nice things about this store.

They dont have everything but the produce selection is pretty good and the prices are great!

I shop at this store very often. Every single time I go into this store I am so impressed with their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a situation recently and was in a bind, needing 800 hot dogs and 800 buns.....last minute! A very special thanks to Diane, who made it happen, Mike and Nik for all their help and kindness.

Fully stocked, beautifully merchandised and a pleasure shopping there. Prices were very competitive on many items. Will definitely shop there again.

People when you buy at smart and final in Coronado make shore to look for Receipts price tags. Today cashier overcharge double. Price on the items did not match with computer price at the registers. Usually i trust, but from now i will verify....manager did refund the funds. But if i did not catch it on time, i was going to pay double price. So just a thought

A nice store with prices better than at Vons. They have everything one might need, even sushi! The only thing they could work on is lines. Every time I go to that store, even when its rush hour, they only have max 2 registers open. Thats something they should fix.

Ive been here twice in the month this store has been open, and the people Ive met in the store are not very excited about it. Its good to have another grocery option open on the island, and I was able to pick up some colored paper/plastic-ware fairly cheaply for a baby shower.The check out process has not been very smooth when Ive been there. It makes me wonder if theyve trained their checkers. Sometimes very slow. Another time, she bagged my groceries and then started checking out the next person in line without giving me my bags. I was trying to lean waaaay over the little desk to grab the handles and pull them towards me, and she just ignored me.So far, the food has been OK. Even the meat and frozen foods.

Located down by the bay in Coronado really huge parking lot but they took out many of the trees so theres no more shaded spots so thats a huge Mark against them, their fruits and vegetables are pricey I went in today and they were selling celery for $3 a bunch which is ridiculous...... they dont have a discounted section in the store like other locations okay yes they have a small amount of old fruit at a discount and its over by the bakery and sometimes thats decent but over by the liquor department all the shelves are usually empty as far as their so-called discounted section and they dont have a decent clearance section like Ralphs does Vons does and Sprouts does etc etc..... they dont have a lottery machine inside of the store which is a huge minus..... and they dont have a community bulletin board and that means a bulletin board that is for the community just like Sprouts has and Whole Foods has and other grocery stores.... I wish they would its so easy for them to do they should really have a community bulletin board again not a board thats for themselves and stuff that theyre selling but for the community and only for the community to use......

An upbeat environment with fabulous customer service. Prices for regular shopping has reduced my grocery budget by at least 20+ percent.

They almost never seem to have what I need, but theyve gotten better about opening up lanes. The checkout ladies Karin, Lily, & Irene are nice though and theyre okay in a pinch.
