The sales team at automation Honda are stellar. Especially Tex. The service center on the other hand........ They will lie to your face. They will constantly try to up sell things, which I understand is a good sales practice, but they told me I needed new tires after I just bought some last month from Discount Tire. The tires didn’t even have 1500 miles on them. They also have tried to get my girlfriend to do services and repairs that truly weren’t needed. For example told her she needed a new spark plugs on a 3 year old vehicle with less than 30,000 miles. They told her this was “regular maintenance.” She had no engine light or error codes.

This place was awesome! Everyone was super friendly especially the sales girl who sold me my Jeep, Rebecca Whitney. She’s awesome and very professional! Someone recommended Autonation Honda and that I ask for her. I’m glad I did because she helped me find my dream car! If you’re looking for a new ride I would definitely go see her!

I have purchased my 2015 Subaru wrx from here,I called in and asked how much it would cost for my brakes to be changed & I was charged nearly $800 and was quoted $250 over the phone.. come to pick up my car and they give me a balance of $750.xxI asked why it was so expensive and the guy in the service department who is kinda tall and is going bald was so rude and confronted me very hostile & frustrated because of my question.. I always brought my car for maintenance service here until that day!Rude guy who scammed me out of so much money.. they didn’t even change my rotors.. I just needed brake pads.. and they scammed me.. resurfaced rotors & brake pads for $750 no thanks.. trash service.

Enjoy our salesman Domingo Sainz. He was really friendly and approachable, with a great attitude. The deal breaker was the finance lady, lied right off and kept pushing what she wanted to push, not for me sorry.

Ms. Rebecca was very patient and professional. She answered all my questions and even called me AFTER my purchase to see how I was enjoying my new car. I have recommended her to many of my friends.
