My truck been at bay auto for 3 months needed oil pan gasket I call to find my status of my truck with no answer they say they will call me back but they never do I just dont know why iam being treated this way its hard trying to pay Bills and see my doctor appointments iam senior citizen without transportation its hard for me.

After having a variety of services done at other shops around town we found Bay Auto and wont go anywhere else moving forward.We were disappointed with brake service at a brake specialty place. They couldnt find an issue we were having, Bay Auto found and fixed it.A different automotive shop performed some repair work on my truck after my driveshaft broke. Several months later Bay auto was doing unrelated work and discovered that the previous shop had sent me down the road with one strap off the gas tank and the other nearly failing.Jason and his crew are attentive and really mind the details. They are very knowledgable and I cant recommend them high enough.

Trust is a hard thing to come by these days, you have to earn it. Bay Auto Service has earned my trust in them in repairing my vehicles throughout the years. I had issues with my Mercedes S class and the competitors kept messing up my alignment. I was told the only way to fix it properly was to take it back to the dealership. I was referred to Bay Area Automotive as they not only had the correct equipment my car needed, they were able to fix it properly and on a timely manner. I highly recommend these professionals. Fantastic service, quick turn around on a complete suspension job and good open line of communication throughout the process. They verified any work done through me before beginning and didnt try and sell me on anything I didnt need. Jason and the staff there are top notch and I will take every vehicle I own to them without hesitation in the future.

Bay Auto staff were honest and up front about the timeline for diagnostics on my truck, they are a busy shop (must mean they know what they’re doing). They called me once they found the issue, and were able to order the part and get it installed in a quick and reasonable timeframe. Services are provided at a fair price and they have earned any of my future business.

Bay auto service is a good place to repair your vehicle. They replaced the master cylinder on my Colorado Z71, Chev.

My vehicle had broken down in the early evening so I called Jason at Bay auto services. They quickly had my vehicle towed to their shop and the following day had an estimate prepared, parts were order, and my vehicle was done by the end of the day. They let me leave my car without alerting me to the fact they were 2-3 days behind. Charged me 3 times what it costs to do the test I needed done. I sat outside so they could get the paperwork together for 3 hours. Totally unprofessional, very disappointed as I am new to the area and was very let down. Will never use them.

I brought them a impala which was and inheritance vehicle. I couldnt sell my grandmothers car but she didnt drive it for years because the mechanical issues. They went though the car and its its currently my daily driver. I couldnt be more happier with their work so I will always take my cars to them.They are the best mechanics in town period.

Asked for a quote for some work. They acted like I was putting them out. Agreed to do the quote but never asked for my keys. I felt like I was a burden to them. I went outside to see if they would come out and ask for the keys as I had to wqit for a ride they never came out. I did not wait for the quote and will not use them.

I personally like to take my vehicles there .I get professional work better than dealer service departmen.And alot less in price, I truly recommend

We are from out of town travelling in a small RV when our brakes started to go. We have no prior experience with any garages/automotive centres in Texas so we were pretty nervous about having serious work done on our motor home. Our RV is in excess of 10,000 pounds so most garages don’t have the capability to raise it up on their lift. We found Bay Auto online - there were a lot of very positive comments so we decided to drive over (it was late in the afternoon) to get a feeling for the place. Guys sounded very knowledgeable and they do work on a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles as well as cars. Next day we brought in our RV, they ordered the necessary parts right away and set to start working on it right on time. They have a very nice waiting room with good coffee.We are very pleased with the service; really nice & knowledgeable people working there particularly Jason James and Tim Atwood.Thank you guys for getting us back in the road again!

I took my 2005 F150 (5.4L Triton) in to get the spark plugs replaced, because I was scared one of them would break on me. Believe me, this was no easy task. They replaced all eight without breaking one! Plus, they were friendly and fast. Awesome place.
