On (9/6/21), My wife and I were looking for a mattress. Mattress firm was recommended to us by a close personal friend who was impressed by a young salesman named Domingo whom she said made the sale an easy one with no pressure. Domingo greeted us with such a friendly attitude. He was clear and concise with the information he provided and wasnt pushy and didnt use any fancy sales pitch. He even allowed us time to think about our decision without any pressure. He explained everything from the sale to the delivery process in a simple yet informative way. The delivery was made on time on (9/11/21) without failure. Even the Delivery personnel were very courteous and professional. We feel we got a great deal on our purchase and will recommend Mattress Firm to our Friends. Amber helped us find a very nice mattress in our price range and preferences very quickly, was very sweet and knowledgable, overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Store is nice and clean. They need to be better on their knowledge of whats in stock before they give you a delivery date an time went with a certain mattress because was told was in stock an could be delivered with the adjustable frame the next day. Next day rolls around an now cant be delivered for 2 more days because it was in stock just not at that store LoL. Should be free delivery now.

So I went into mattress firm really just to browse cause I just moved here from Colorado with nothing, Cody ( very handsome) was super helpful and knowledgeable and I went in with plans on getting nothing to leaving with 2 twin beds and a queen that is very affordable. Cody did an amazing job and I am super happy I am not sleeping on the floor .

Purchased what I was told was a soft mattress, but what I was sold was a FIRM mattress. Called and was told the only thing they could do was give me half off the restocking fee and I could re purchase. They don’t care about the customers. I even was willing to purchase another mattress that was 300 dollar more. I felt I wasn’t taken care of and was just thrown to not care and now I basically just threw money in the trash. Do not buy from this company.

Great experience from beginning to end. As soon a I walked into the store, Domingo greeted me and made me feel welcome. He knew the products very well and answered all my questions. The whole selection, purchase, and delivery process was handled professionally and with great courtesy. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

Greeted as I walked in and with a smile. I asked for a specific matters and Amber showed me exactly what I was looking for. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. Awesome!!!

After an unexpected cancelation due to lack of service from a competitor, I called Mattress Firm and was greeted by Amber. I asked for the mattress I needed and availability for same day service. She placed me on hold for about a minute and told me at 4:45 if I could be there by 5:30 they could make it happen. I rushed to the store and was able to get what I needed. The warehouse closes at 5:30 but she went above and beyond to ask the warehouse guys to do one more delivery. She was quick, caring, and efficient. She took the stress away that had accumulated from the unexpected cancel. I got the exact bed I wanted and was able to get it delivered. When I left the store, the delivery team was there at my home waiting. I was not expecting that extra service from a late night unexpected delivery. They were professional and introduced themselves and got my bed set up very quick. I am super grateful for Amber and her team. Thank you all so much!!

Ask for Randall (store manager). First the quality of his customer service is top notch! Randall was so kind and not pushy at all. He is very professional and a down to earth good person. The mattress we bought for me was more comfortable than what I expected. I’m so excited for my delivery. I looked all over Corpus for the perfect mattress and found it here. The price is excellent!. Plus I got the adjustable base head and foot rest. The store is very clean and sanitary. Thank you Randall for your courtesy and kindness to my Daughter and I. We appreciate you!!

Domingo and the staff at your Moore Plaza location went out of their way to help us. Very friendly great sense of humor and he put up with me because I’m a difficult person to deal with sometimes. I would definitely go back next time I need a mattress I hope Domingo is there, and thank you for letting us use your van Domingo I’m going to send all my family over there next time they need a mattress and I got a lot of family.

Amazing service, I walked in and felt like I was right at home. The staff guided me to the perfect bed and they even delivered it the next day. Also when they delivered the bed they had it set up in less than an hour and were smiling the whole time. If you need a bed go here.

In all honesty we have been Mattress Firm customers for about 3 decades now. We are Sterns and Foster junkies, and this establishment always seems to have plenty to choose from with good prices, so of course it made sense to return for our most recent mattress purchase. We were greeted in friendly fashion by the entire staff. A very HUGE shout out to Chris and Randal, who made our experience fun and informative with not a single instance of high pressure sales. We chose a Sterns/Tempur-Pedic hybrid, and cant wait until it arrives. The old adage The customer comes first! seems to ring true while shopping here. And even though weve never had to take advantage of it, the return policy is stellar. We will remain loyal Mattress Firm customers.

Had an amazing experience here.I suggest you ask for The sales associate Alex.He showed me and my wife around the store. He did not try to push the expensive mattresses. We told him our budget, he was happy to help us find our perfect bed. It was less then what we where looking to pay :). Very happy about my experience here

Great location with awesome staff! Very large selection of great mattresses, pillows and more. They will take the time to visit with you about your comfort needs to get a good nights rest. If your shopping with the littles they have a little activity table that will keep them busy as you shop:)

The associate in training, Domingo seemed nice enough and so was his supervisor, Amber, initially. They were confused about their Ezz Credit as opposed to their Mattress Firm accounts. Before I even decided if I even wanted to do business with them they were so pressed to confirm my account. I just sat back and let her. Once she confirmed all the available credit I walked right out and took my business to the competition!! Word of advice...you dont need to confirm anything until the customer even wants to buy from you. Shop at Box Drop instead!!

The sales representative, Tony, was excellent. He was helpful, didnt rush us, and didnt try to upsell us. We found a reasonably priced mattress that fits the needs of two people with back issues. The selection was good, the warranty beyond expectations, and theyre able to deliver same day. I also appreciate supporting a locally owned business.

We bought a brand new king size mattress and there was a hole in it. I went back to request a new one and it took over a week to replace it. They were supposed to deliver it to exchange for the holey one but they have yet to arrive. Don’t buy from this place; they don’t have reliable stock in their warehouse nor do they care about customer service beyond taking your money.

Horrible that map or gps, in Spanish it is disgusting. He never gets directions and talks to you after youve passed the notice that bad is frightening. Please update or change the voice that guides us to a better direction, remembering that not all of us have a compass or ALSO know which is the northeast or vice versa. It is more to say in Spanish left right or in Italian right hand. Sinister.
