Guy behind the desk was nice, but mansplained purchasing coolant to me. I had done mechanics my whole life but talked down to me like I had no idea what was happening. I respect the want to help but it sucks when you are talked down too.

Great service. Had a small problem with a part I purchased, they immediately took what was missing from another part to fix the problem so I wouldnt have to take everything apart again. And their parts guarentee is top notch.

They wouldnt honor the warranty on the battery I purchased there. The help was rather rude about it. I changed numbers and couldnt remember my old number for the warranty, so Im basically out 150$ Ill take my business to advanced auto, pep boys or wherever

Bought a light bulb here and started to change it out in the parking lot but did not know what I was doing. Matt from the store came out and installed it for me. He did not have to do that and I wanted to give him recognition for his kindness. Thank you Matt!

Went there today with battery/alternator/starter issue, really had no idea what was going on. One employee (cannot remember his name) was very helpful in testing my alternator and battery and then finding a battery replacement and recommending new terminals. Couldn’t get my vehicle to start after trying diagnose the issue. Then another employee (Mike Haley) helped to try to jump and helped to fix the problem within 30 minutes of being there. (Battery and terminal swap) Everything is now all fixed. Jeep is starting great again. Thanks again to Autozone and Mike!

I had a nightmare of a situation. Entire exhaust was shot and subsequently rotted off at the catalytic converter and dropped. These guys that work here....saints. One gentleman, Rob I believe, spent a lot of time on the phone with me piecing together an entire exhaust system. One part had to be ordered in, which was there in one day! Got there and Mark went back through and made sure I had everything. I had my 3 year old with me during this visit and he wandered around looking at things. They didnt mind at all. In fact, everyone was very friendly towards him. Great experience all the way around....definitely will be my go to place for parts from now on.

Had just what I needed!

Customer service is good, they can navigate ther stock and store. As friendly as parts sales gets.Duralast gold brakes looked good and part # matched, but do not fit in brake assembly, causing them to bind up. The hardware also does not quite match up.Duralast ball joint started creaking after 1,000 miles, boot cracked and puked out all the grease.Cheap china parts.

Good price on a battery but I had to put it in myself because they claim is a liability!Since I cant reply to the comment below editing review... Tell me why you sell batteries offer a install if bought there but wont do due to a liability.. seems to me you give your staff an out if they dont want to do it.. or the manager is making that decision since that is who it was put on.. but like I said either do it or dont! Reduced rating since even in your below comment gave no explanation or a way to contact you!

Pretty good to be honest. The people there actually know what there talking about compared to most. The only thing that makes this a 4 star is the prices. There a bit high for what your getting, but it really depends on the part. Some are outrageously overpriced and you can get it cheaper online and there are some parts that you cant find a cheaper place then here.

I would like to thank Mike the store manager and his crew. They went over and beyond to help me make sure my customer was able to get their vehicle by the end of the day, by getting parts needed to fix her car, even though the parts never made it on the afternoon delivery. I love this place- stopped in this morning on the way to work as both headlights had problems--they put in the headlight for me and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. The price of the headlights were cheaper than Walmart for the same thing. They are very customer service friendly and I feel totally trustworthy!!

Amazing service

Guy who looked up my vehicle sold me the wrong size wiper blades. It was for my wifes car and I picked them up on my way home. They were literally too big for the windshield, hung off the sides. Even if he told me the right size and I grabbed the wrong ones he could have been adequate at his job and told me so. People just dont seem to care anymore. You can take some pride in what you do. If your disappointed that youre working at the auto zone, being bad at that should not make you feel better.

My roommate scott had to get some spark plugs and the tool to put them in and take them out with from here and he had to return the tool to attaches to the 5/8 ths socket on back because it was not the right fit for the socket.
