They took great care of me. I took it to mavis because they said they would put an alternator in for me. I get it there and they tell me its not the alternator, the valves arent moving, so its your engine. Took it to will and he fixed it right up for me. Better than it has been since I bought it. Very affordable too. Couldnt of asked for a better service. Will be bringing my cars there from now on!

Great guy to have work on ur car or if u need to but a used car he is very trust worthy we have bought 2 cars from him for my son and they both ran good my son wrecked the first one then the second one him and his wife got a new car from a dealer and sold the other one to his uncle who is still driving it today so if u want a used car that will last the guy here is one to go to

I live on Long Island and my son attends SUNY Cortland, so when you get a phone call at 2am on a wednesday night all you can do is fear the worst. My son informed me that he made a huge mistake and put diesel fuel in his friends SUV which burns gasoline. This SUV also had to be road ready by Friday for spring break and it was now Wednesday night. As a 30 year professional in the automotive business, I knew what needed to be done to repair the vehicle, but from 250 miles away it would be impossible. The SUV was left at the gas station and he walked back to campus. The next morning I tried my best to rectify this situation but could not find a shop in Cortland to help me, until I called Wil at Wil - Kare Automotive. After a brief explanation of my situation, Wil basically told me he would drive to the campus and meet up with my son for keys, then go to gas station and tow the SUV back to his shop and fix it. We never spoke price ever.The next day I get a call and SUV is running and back to normal and the price was comparable to what it wouldve cost me if I had done the job myself ! I am a Service Manager for a very large Mercedes Benz dealer on Long Island where customer service is EVERYTHING and the service experience I received from Wil at Wil - Kare is exactly what we would call a WOW story and our corporate office would want to hear about it. For all other concerned parents of SUNY Cortland students with cars, Wil - Kare is a mile away from campus and I HIGHLY recommend you use him for all your childs automotive needs while their away at school, let him worry about your childs vehicle while they concentrate on studying. This should also be the repair facility for all SUNY Cortland faculty and staff because of how Wil and his staff cater to the students and are so conveniently located to the campus. Wil, thank you again from my wife and I for turning what couldve been a horrible experience into a seamless one. I will definitely be stopping in on my next trip up to Cortland just to say thank you in person........
