Alex just saved me $500+ dollars, dude deserves a raise! Went to the AT&T on 9th st with a service issue. They looked at my phone for 2 minutes and told me my 1.5 year old phone was too old and needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and met Alex at the 4th st store. He was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed and solved the issue almost immediately. Ended up being a miss-configuration in my phone settings and I just needed to replace the sim card. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone he actually spent the time to fix the issue. could not be more grateful.
Alex spent over an hour helping me get my phone activated. I had ordered the phone and service online but had difficulties getting it activated on my own. He was very patient and didnt give up even though it was quite challenging. He made several phone calls to their various service departments and made sure everything was in order and working before we left. I highly recommend. Tip: dont try to do it online. Just go into the store.
Great to be able to talk to a real person who has real experience with the devices; makes you realize how totally lame all the online service really is... Mason was particularly helpful, even tho he couldnt provide me with the phone I wanted. Thanks!
Came in with my daughter to switch her plan from Verizon to AT&T and get her a new phone. Nate was super helpful in getting the best plan at the best price plus a good phone she could afford. He spent a lot of time helping us get the Verizon plan canceled. Verizon doesnt make it easy to switch! Great customer service all around. Thanks Nate!
I’ve been a customer of AT&T for many years. I have been happy with every purchase I have made over the years. I’m overjoyed with my recent purchase at the 4th Street location. The atmosphere of the store and the friendly service was impeccable. I found Nate a joy to work with and he was knowledgeable about all the products. I knew what I wanted going in and he made it possible. Mason finished up my phone purchase and I was impressed with his attention to details. I can be a tough critic when if comes to service. Came in after DESTROYING my phone. Nate took the time to show me what phones where available and what would work best for me. He noticed that I had an absolute need for a wearable device and helped me pick out and order the perfect watch. Highly recommend going to see Nate if you need anything from At&t.
I had a nightmare situation because I have a unified account with AT&T and Direct TV. I would say avoid this situation at all costs but if you live in the country you may not have a choice. I needed to do something that should’ve been simple but instead it was impossibly frustrating. Alex managed to help me figure it out all the while helping another client who was in a worse way than me (they had been on the phone with AT&T for who knows how long)… Alex handled both of us simultaneously like a champ. No way I could do his job…I hope they pay him well and I hope customers are nice to him; this is a hard job very few good workers want to do it in a pandemic/post pandemic world where people are at their worst. Be nice people!

I upgraded my phone at this store. Nate was the one who helped me and he was new there. Even though he was new the experince was smooth and he was very nice! Even though their systems were crashing every few minutes they were professional and made it into a humorous scenario. The manager (I cant remember his name) was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though he spoke very fast, he was to the point and happy to answer and my questions I had; which I appreciated. After reading other reviews about this store, the negative reviews are due to impatient people. If youve worked costumer service before or have any respect for service workers you will have a plesent experince. Youre buying a new phone, its not going to take just 5 minutes.

I get it, youre understaffed and overworked. Still not a good reason to be terse to someone whos doing their best. My phone replacement happened about a month ago and Ive tried multiple times to come trade in my old phone only to find the store closed with the single employee on lunch break (3 to 4 pm is a bit late for lunch), I work 6 days a week, approx 60 hours, so it hasnt been easy to find time to come in. Finally I am there when an employee is actually working and he tells me I will not get my trade in value since it has passed the 30 day mark. I explain my situation, along with the fact it has been less than 30 days since I activated my new phone and I have tried repeatedly to make it in on time, please give me a break. The man became grumpy with me instead and was not willing to try to do anything. I left, accepting my L, once I realized how little this guy cares about his customers. Sorry to so terribly inconvenience you, I will make sure to switch to another carrier after this contract is up.What happened to customer service these days? I would never behave this way at work, quite unfortunate.

Dont go to the 4th St. store. Brandon, the manager there, is a belligerent nightmare. He talks so fast your heads spins, and hes so busy yammering on incoherently he cant even process plans properly. We have had 3 mistakes on our billing cycle because he promised us discounts that he didnt actually apply to our account. SAVE YOURSELF FROM ENDLESS PHONE CALLS AND HEADACHES AND GO TO THE 9TH STREET STORE. Or Verizon... honestly just go to Verizon.
This is a nice little AT&T store. They dont have lots of working models in the store but it a good place to get the physical feel of the phone you want to buy. As of 3/3/20 they have the Galaxy s20 on psedo display (The phone and weight is there but no circuity). I bet you can find better deals else where but this is a certificated vendor if you want something a bit closer to the source.
Brandons customer service was excellent. We came to him with a difficult problem. We couldnt solve it in the first visit, so he rescheduled with us and set a time for 24 hours later for us to come in. He quickly identified our problem and gave creative solutions. I could see him closing big deals. He has great technological skills and people skills. I recommend him for a promotion, raise, or more funding for his branch. Great guy.
Go see Brandon- he is a superstar and can help with anything especially if you are techno challenged.

By far the best Att store that I’ve been too ever - and I’ve been to a few. The staff here are super knowledgeable, chill, outgoing, friendly and go out of their way to help you. Erin the store manager helped me on Christmas Eve morning with a phone swap and she was great to work with. Good customer service seems like a dying art form but it’s people like you who care and go above and beyond that keep it alive. Thank you! Ps I’m not one to write many reviews but it was well deserved here.

What a jerk who works here, google says they are open until 6pm. Also on their door it is printed that they are open until 6pm! But this worthless POS wants to tell us he closes at 5pm. Who is letting these lazy people decide their own hours instead of doing what the store has posted. If their hours are changed then change it on your building.

Isabelle and Chris made the process of trading in and upgrading my phone painless as possible. They were very kind and knowledgeable, I was definitely surprised by the service and their goal to keep me satisfied while doing everything they needed to keep their store flowing. A word of advice for future customers of AT&T, please disregard the store on 9th st in corvallis. You are not their friend and they have no integrity, youre just another sale and face where as at the 4th st location you, your time, and satisfaction is key.
Clean. But I feel that the employees were not very excited about their job or doing more than making sales.
Went at 2 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Doors were locked, no hours posted on the door. Hours online said should be open until 8 pm. Never receive adequate help on anything in a timely manner.
My experience with this store, and specifically Andrew was amazing! I was reluctant to try another AT&T store after my experience with the store on 9th St - you can read my review of that if you like. I wanted to replace to iphones and first went another retailer in Corvallis and was told that there wasnt time to get everything set up and convert my phone and my wifes - I was told it would take approximately 2 hours and the store closed in 90 minutes. Discouraged I tried the store on 4th and was greeted by Andrew. The service could not have been better, Andrew got everything registered, activated and converted - in about 35 minutes! I have never been more impressed by the customer service and genuine enthusiasm for helping me. Ill return this store with every thing to do with my phones from now on.
I go to this store instead of the corporate store on 9th. This store has good friendly staff that go out of the way to help you. The store on 9th treats customers badly.
Went to get my phone number changed and my data wasnt working after so i go back next day and they say it could take a couple days for it to work well its been a week and nothing happend. Basically the guy that told me that which is the manger (dont know his name but hes a red head) is an idiot. Go somwere else.
