I dropped by spontaneously after a different not-so-nice optical shop nearby wouldn’t see me a little earlier than my appointment time. Target Optical quickly fit me in, and Andy helped me switch out my sunglasses lenses and adjust my other glasses’ nose pieces efficiently and without any issues. He was also really patient with me while I asked for extra adjustments to the nose piece to make them sit perfectly on my face. Everyone there is friendly. Would highly recommend.

They are the sweetest people. Whenever I drop by, they are ready and willing to help. They explain everything step-by-step. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. My glasses come faster and faster each time. Usually, it’s 2 weeks but this time was like 3 days.

Both the doctor and staff are excellent. Made the experience comfortable. Ordered both regular glasses and reading glasses. I will be back for my next glasses.

My go to place. Been coming here for three years or so. Had a something happen to me in March of 2020. That destroyed my glasses. Thankfully they helped me the next day. The glasses I wear are discontinued but they made the effort to make sure I get the same ones. Which I love! They are so nice and understanding♡

Horrible at communicating and dont know what theyre doing. Told me my lenses benefit had been used when it hadnt. Then after 2 hours of trying to figure out my insurance realized had another employee say oh its probably because we dont take your insurance. Poor training and quality target should get out of the optical business.

I’m very disappointed with target optical at this location. They informed me that that they “accepted” my insurance. I later found out that they are out of network. I will not be coming back to target optical.
