I am probably In-N-Outs number one fan! I love the simple menu and delicious burgers. Unlike most people I prefer In-N-Out French fries over all the rest. I dont understand how people hate on their fries... they are delicious and fresh.Pro tip: try the chopped chilis on the burger if you want to spice it up a bit! 👍👍

Great burgers, we had not been asnitbisnour first time really having leisure on the west coast. The drive through was madness!

This location is always busy. Line around the corner busy. Like all in-n-out restaurants, they are very delicious. Have you tried a flying Dutchman? Its just a burger patty with cheese. They also have a dog patty. Thats a hamburger patty, minus the salt, for your bestest friend.

Good fast food at good price, little waiting due to a lot of customer order.

Went to the INOB 19th street Costa Mesa at 6:30 pm. Cars lined up into the street as usual. Line went quickly but when we got to Natalie who was taking orders for both lines at the same time we lost the order sheet we made for the 12 people we were buying food for. Natalie was cool, she said to call them and she would take the order over the phone. She was great and they got it right.

Solid in n out location. Fries are always fresh and burgers are fantastic. The location isnt ideal due to the amount traffic congestion which can occur. Always worth the wait

Usually, In-N-Out staff is known for their friendly service. That wasn’t the case when we visited last night. Jaden, the girl who took our order, was rude and acted annoyed when she came up to our car to take our order. Unsure if she was just having a bad night, but there was no need to take it out on us.

A little disappointed the last time I went there. My burger was cold and they got the order slightly wrong. There has been a minor price jump as well but thats understandable considering the price of everything everywhere else has jumped up a significant amount. Still giving them 4 stars because this in n out is usually very consistent and any other time they have messed up an order which is very few and far between they have made it right in the end. I just didnt have the time to file a complaint this last go around. As always the workers were pleasant.

10pm 7/28. Very very slow. Causing traffic on the main street. Sitting in my car for at least 20min and still have not ordered.

This In-N-Out is always on point! Sometimes the line does take long but its well worth it. Yes, I am from California and yes, I am a die-hard In-N-Out fan. This location has never gotten my order wrong and theyre quick on making food. So, Id definitely recommend this spot. Theres only two tables for outdoor dining but you may also eat in your car if youd like. The drive through line spills onto the crossing street so be careful if youre waiting in your car. Just make sure youre out of the way when theres traffic coming behind you!

Afforfdable andvquick considering the amount of business and traffic they have. The employees all seem to be having fun while serving you and they are very courteous.

I have to say while waiting in line for quite some time over 10mins snice they have 2 lanes I was behind a truck and when they were done ordering it was my turn but another new car came into the other lane (they have 2 ordering lanes) as I was moving up towards the worker and the worker name Kim looked right at me and decided to take the new cars order over me making me wait even longer. When I complained she stated thats just the way to goes. No thats bad customer selective service is what that is, never coming here again.

Place is legendary. Always busy but that is not a bad thing, they are super quick with the service. Burgers are delicious, they remind me of what a real luxury version of a big mac would taste like. Plus, the prices are unbeatable.

We dont have In N Out in St Louis so we have gone 2 times this week and it was amazing.. this location was super small but still handled the crowd amazingly!! Great job!!!

There is almost always a line and you know thats a good sign. The food is simple and delicious. The staff is always friendly and work their best to push through all the customers. Just a classic burger that you can never go wrong.

20 years ago it was fantastic i would go there with my girlfriend 2 times a week she really loved it she paid too i remember it cost 20 pluss dollar s for 2 fries 2 burgers and 2 cokes .

They usually do their thing on pointButger excellent... packaging NOT-SO-MUCH, They never asked how to package so the assumed i was eating in car.... NOT-SO-MUCH. burger ended up cold due to exposure.

Fabulous as usual. Wait was bad and I ordered a cbeeseburger with grilled onions. However, when I got home I got a double double with only cheese and no lettuce etc.

It was windy with no coverage. The lines for drive thru were blocking traffic. 50 orders ahead of me about 45 min wait. My opinion: not worth the wait but tasted okay

Its In-N-Out Burger, not much to be said. This location, personally, seems like it might take forever to get food but they are fast and you are in and out in no time!!

Horrible service. If you want to get food during the lunch rush hour, go elsewhere. They allowed cars to cut the drive-thru line after I was waiting for 10 minutes.

Honestly the burgers was great, the only thing is the girl with the name Mayra she was taking the orders in the drive thru outside, had a bad attitude like if she dont like to be there, cero friendly, very rude

Excellent burger, hand cut fresh fries that are never frozen, and super thick shakes. Never disappoints.

Must of us know about this burgers they are good but unfortunately you have to peace your hunger and hold your breath because there is always a big line to order either drive thru or walking in.

Service was as quick as a crowded drive thru can get. In n out has always handled these modern drive thru titan lines with ease, long before a certain chicken chains laughable follow and subsequent remodelling, in n out got it right the first time. Food is always top notch. Youre a little out of the way of my commute to work, but are always worth the stop, and are even a little quicker than your sibling on harbor and gisler. Will return.

This is the best In n out towards the Beach cities line is big but being they are on a corner they keep it pushing quick,quality is on point and they are seasoned crew all shifts,they are all properly attention and are compliant with covid 19 rules and sanitations,being I have hard time eating and need California medicine to build a appetite, these burgers and fries always do the trick,then a nice cruise to the beach 🤑😎

Very inexpensive but ordered a Cheese Burger and didnt get an Cheese OR A BURGER in it. Its a drive-thru so didnt know it was like that until I got back home.

In n Out headquarters needs to hire some people from Chick-fil-A and learn how to run a drive through. I dont think Ive ever been to a location where the drive through was efficient. Its not like they have a huge menu. This isnt rocket science. At least the people have been friendly.

Do not look at the pictures if you are craving In-N-Out it will only make things worse. Seriously its so good.

Colorado has a copy cat called drifters and hands down in and out is the way to go. Drifters is good but way to heavy and greasy. In and out Burger filled me up with out filling like blah... Enjoy.

Its great comfort food but they are slammed every night and our burgers got cold in the window because so many are going for the cooked fresh Drive thru!

In my opinion way overrated whale rated within 3 miles to miles of that place there are much much better Burger much much better and I think its all height and laziness of people not money to travel another two miles but its okay
