The garage door was stopping midway and didnt go up or down without pushing on it. CityScape was able to get someone out the very next day and replace the hinges, some of which had broken due to metal fatigue (another company had installed them). I dont really want to call a garage door company, but when I need them, this is the only place I even consider. They are great!

Awesome service. Quick to respond punctual. Determined that our 20 year old opener was laboring due to a broken spring. Two new springs and a lube and tune later all is well. All in less than $400. Our garage door stopped working without any signs or sounds on Wednesday night. I was referred here by a friend, one of The tracks was bent on my lift master. I called originally to get an estimate which Joe scheduled for same day, when Jeff came to my house (arriving early), he was able to actually do the repair at the same time. Hammered out the busted track, replaced a roller and happened to have a new set of cables on deck all in a very timely fashion and a very fair price of $160 and some change. I was thinking i would have like $500 in damages so I was veryy pleased with the Low price. Jeff was very friendly and turned out to be a fellow car enthusiast so we had a pleasant chat while he worked. I would recommend this service for sure and will return next time I break my garage door.

Joe, the owner, replaced our opener and serviced our 10 year old door.What can I say - he knows his stuff, very professional, and didnt try up-selling us unnecessarily. Reasonable rates, friendly.He tightened our spring, adjusted some stuff, put on some re-enforcement bars, lubed everything, installed our replacement opener (that I got at Home Depot) and all the new openers.He had a chance to take some short cuts, like keeping the old openers in place, but didnt.Our door is now very quiet and the new opener works like a dream.Thats all saying a lot in an industry wroth with outright dishonest installers. The prior guy (10 years ago) sold me 2 springs but only installed one (ones all thats needed - I had to ask for the refund on it), installed the opener over the corner of a closet door (disabling it, then wanted to charge me extra to move it, laughably), installed the bar too high over the door causing undue stress that eventually broke the door, and didnt install a reinforcement strut over the top of the door - something Joe says he always does. Something I did myself 1 year after that install, the first time it started buckling.To boot - he did it all after hours, allowing me to not take time off work to meet him. Without argument.

Our door opens and closes yet for some reason it intermittently gets hung up as if the sensor was triggering.and either does not close or open, Frustrating to the max, especially in morning on the way to work/school. We have no time for this!! Enter Kenny our service engineer, he showed tonight and did a quick inspection, unhinged the door advising me it was balanced. with in seconds he has it... I hear force sensor. I say I bet it something stupid and he did a few quick adjustments and within minutes it works again. We had a mishap with the garage door today setup an appointment and Richard was going to be doing the work. He scheduled to arrive at our house between 5:30-6:00PM, just before 6 Richard called us to let us know that he was going to be 5-10 minutes late. Who does that nowadays, very courteous and apologized for running late and that his previous job ran a little over. No big deal, not like were were going anywhere.Richard showed up, assessed the problem and provided me with a quote before starting. This man is very conscientious with his work. Balanced the garage to his liking and made sure I was happy with it before packing it up. Its good to see good people like this nowadays who actually take pride in their work. Price was very fair but the customer service is what I will remember and will definitely refer them in the future.

Joe is the man! I dont think Ive ever given a business review on here before, but this man and his company went way beyond the call of duty for me today. I went to get a latch for the rolling back door of my car today and asked him for help on picking the right one and how to install it. Not only did he pick the right product for my unique situation, he stayed for 2 hours after closing to help me install it on my car. We came across quite a few hiccups but he problem solved and even fabricated small parts on the spot to make it work. Now my door latches and locks from both in and outside and I couldnt be happier.
