I spent the last 32 years in the car business. I am “over the top”, more than satisfied with the service I received on my 2004 Honda Civic! These guys are awesome! Apparently Black Hills Automotive is under new ownership as of 9 months ago. I would highly recommend them. It is a tough business and they shine!!!

Never called me back for a quote, also took about 15 minutes to initiate contact with me in person, when everyone in the room was employees, and then went to work on another vehicle when I was the only customer there. Not sure why I was recommended because not impressed at all

Great shop! Minor repair but they treated me very good, got me in and out quickly. Had more work than expected but stuck to estimated cost. I will got back for sure.

Used to be good,but has went downhill a bit, a friend went thier for an appt.and they kept the car a few days and repaired nothing.and didnt call in time so the friend could have took it somewhere else for the essential repair.

Took my car for repairs here, sat there for a week, i get a call and they tell me they got a defective part and had to replace it, which was fine. i had to wait another week, but when i got my car back my turn signals werent connected and i noticed on my way out, so i came right back, they fixed so whatever, than later when driving i noticed my car clunking when i turned the wheel, turns out they had givin me a defective rack and pinion so i had to go back. the engineer confirmed to me that he had givin me a faulty rack and pinion and that another customer was there for the same thing. he said his supplier was giving him bad stuff, but to change it out he would have to charge me 600 to 800. so after a ton of problems they want to charge me to change a faulty part they gave me. i tried to get the info for the part so i can use the part warranty and at least get reimbursed for that, but they couldnt find any information or an invoice. terrible place dont go here

Pretty decent guys...got the job done on the same day and the welds are OK. (Mine are better, lol) Price point was good. If youre ever in an exhaust Jam and are in Cottonwood, this is who youll be dealing with as they are the only game in town.

These guys really know how to take care of their customers.

Her friend of mine took his van there to have new exhaust put on they charged him for parts they did not put on like the I took my truck there and they charge me for a distributor cap they cost $26 they charge me $67 they said they mark their prices up 30% stay away

Called in yesterday to see if I could have something welded together already off the car was told yes bring it in came in and was told they couldnt do it that day so they said they could do it tomorrow so I left my parts there called this morning to find out era on my stuff they said it will be done by 2 I came in at 3 and my parts ware sitting in the same spot where I left them so I took my bissnes elsewhere I would not recommend this shop to no one I hope the owner sees this
