After several mechanics charged me 60 bucks a piece to drive my car and tell me nothing was wrong, Clay actually took the time to see if he could find the issue in different forms and even did a test drive with me. So far the only mechanic in town to give me actual advice on a fix. 10/10 would recommend

Clayton was rude and unprofessional to our female staff members and even mentioned in writing she isnt a tech as if she was beneath him. Even after we offered a full refund for a part he purchased from us, he continued to rage against our company months after the purchase. In the warranty claim, he appeared to misdiagnose the customers vehicle (Nissan Frontier IPDM issue), then proceeded to blame our tested parts as the problem.UPDATE 7/16: Per his reply, Clayton purchased a valve body for a customers vehicle. After install, he received U1000 and U1001 no-communication codes. We politely recommended to Clayton that he check the wiring harness and IPDM before we sent a replacement. He then became irate and belligerent to multiple members of our female staff on the telephone. We sent a warranty replacement (we did not fight tooth and nail, diagnostics is normal warranty procedure). After install of the 2nd part, the vehicle then had 1st gear, 2nd gear and reverse only, which are symptoms of an internal transmission problem, not a valve body problem. Clayton became irate and belligerent to our staff again, claiming we sent him two bad parts. On 5/6, management wrote a detailed email to Clayton outlining the situation, start to finish, with the timeline on what occurred with the vehicle, and how the symptoms he described are usually related to an internal transmission problem or IPDM. We also offered a full refund again.Clayton replied a couple hours later with one sentence: Your an F****n Moron!. To this day, he did not return the part he he claims was defective for refund.

I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle problems to Clayton. He is ABSOLUTELY the best mechanic I have ever used. Before he even did any work he called & explained everything & gave me prices. When I went to pick up my truck he had all the parts he replaced. Took the time to show me everything and explain why & what he did. He is honest and has integrity and his prices are reasonable. I am so HAPPY that I found him I will NEVER use anyone else.THANKS Clayton youre the man!

Clayton has been our mechanic for a lot of years and I have complete trust in him! He knows what he’s talking about! Unlike most shops I’ve had dealings with I’ve NEVER had to take the car back because he hadn’t fixed the problem, or misdiagnosed the problem. I’ve had my Ford Escape since 2006 and took it to Premiere in year 2 or 3 maybe.100% honest and trustworthy!Something I need to add after reading on of the other reviews.Clayton will always road test a vehicle, and if there is a problem, he will tell you so. It’s your choice if you want him to fix that problem. He also will be honest about whether or not it’s an urgent, safety related fix or if it can wait and for how long! If he said your car needed a sensor- it did! But he won’t ever do things you don’t approve!As far as I’m concerned, Clay has kept my car running in great shape for 10+ years. He “owns” it.I’ll say this again-because it’s rare: HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY 100%!!(He’s got the cleanest most organized shop anywhere!)

Absolutely outstanding. I can’t recommend this mechanic enough. I had an awful experience at philips auto and when I called Clay at premier he not only told me he could fix my car (which the other mechanic said was impossible and I need to junk my car) but he walked me through every step, was patient when I had questions, and saved me money in areas that he could. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic especially as a female I’ve gotten screwed over more than once, but this is the first shop I’ve felt comfortable in and have been treated with respect. Thankyou for the amazing work on my car.
