If you need anything to do with tires, this is the best there is. The Verde Valley has many amazing automotive businesses and each has its strengths, but this shop has an amazing crew and their house brand tires are actually very top rated.This shop has the best teamwork I have seen in many years. I could not believe the speed and skill these guys displayed. And they were actually quite short handed as many businesses are right now.The gentlemen working the counter were very nice and when the customers were cared for inside they were helping in the shop. The whole crew worked as a single unit. I was beyond impressed!

Good service within a reasonable time & priced better than most places in this area

I needed 2 new tires and Discount Tire had them faster and for lower prices than anyone else in my area. I ordered them online and initially the service date was 5 days away but they came in sooner and I got them installed 3 days early. Its a friendly group there as well.

Theres a great crew working at our local Cottonwood Discount! They have always taken as prompt care of me, while doing the same for every other customer. Ive had them go above and beyond on several occasions.Youll hear no complaints from me about this place. I really appreciate them, and respect the way they do business, and actually care about their customers.Yes, without an appointment, youre likely to have yourself a wait, but its your own fault if you do, because appointments are recommended, and ridiculously easy to make.They offer druve-thru air checks, and your whole experience can be virtually zero close contact, id that is of importance to you.Shout-out to Jackson, who went above and beyond the manual labor of replacing my tire and rotating them, then, told me hed like to switch out my bent wheel that causes vibration, for the spare wheel, which was in better condition!I wouldnt have probably ever thought of that, because life gives you more to worry about than a slightly dented wheel that youre just happy survived the rock that damn near destroyed it when it sliced your tire open a few months back, up on the side of a mountain. I have an account with discount and I have paid over $20k to discount tire over the last 15 yrs. I always had great service in the Phoenix area . then i I met the manager at the cottonwood location. First I waited 20 min while he sold wipers to a single customer & I didn’t like his sales method .Then he tells me my account only covers tires not labor & when I questioned him he insulted me. No problem i politely excused myself from the situation, I will never go to the cottonwood discount tire again & the manager should be fired so he can get a telemarketing job.

We had a leaking tire on our rental vehicle on our honeymoon, and we came here for help. I have had great experiences with Discount Tire stores before, and this one was no exception. Been a customer for about 5 yrs. They fix flats and punctures for free. Ive bought 2 full sets of tires during that time. Very reasonably priced. Phantoms are a great set for almost 70k miles for Nissan xterra.

I normally dont do reviews unless truly warranted whether its good or bad. A few months ago I had some issues with a new discount tire store i did business with and left a pretty hefty bad review with my experience with them. I came to the cottonwood store to have a flat fixed or tire replaced under the warranty I assumed I had. Apparently the tires on my car werent the tires I actually bought. The tires they gave me were more for performance like track racing tires or whatever. So not only did they not tell me any of this info but 5 months later all the tires are worn out and not knowing that could have been dangerous because I didnt know what I had on my car. Totally unacceptable! I was getting upset not at the guys that were helping but because of the false pretenses I was under and now coming out of pocket with money I didnt expect to spend or have. While speaking to the assistant manager, he was going to replace the tire with a better tire and wave the cost which was a good gesture for the experience I had and continue to have due to the incompetence of the store in Gilbert. He had offered me the option to rebuy the warranty but I was upset and stated no and said I would probably not be coming back to discount tire again. Manager was paying attention when while helping his customer and took over helping me. Both were very polite even as I was getting agitated. He understood my frustration and turned me around by offering me a good option to upgrade to tires that are all season and better quality. I didnt come in other than to get my tire fixed or replaced and not expecting to pay anything out of pocket, but Im not one looking for a free meal either. It was fair what he offered and I accepted. This obviously was a much better experience than my previous one for my car and thats all a paying customer can ask for. Thanks to the dynamic duo at the cottonwood store. The sales representative I believe his name was Anthony was very sociable and didnt try to force me from buying the most expensive tire and saved me around $150 appointment was at 11:30 and car was done around 11:50 overall very good place would recommend to anyone

I came to Discount Tire because of sub-par service from my car rental agency. Discount Tire was very professional and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. I specifically want to call out the Anthony for his empathetic care and willingness to help us through the mess we were dropped in. He went the extra mile when he had absolutely no reason to. There are very few people I met who are as genuine as him, and I would have been his regular customer if not for living 2600 miles away.

Had to rotate the tires while on vacation. In and out in 30 minutes. Fast friendly staff.

Have always bought my tires here. Staff is friendly and the wait time, is usually not bad. Like the fact that you can get air in your tires for free, and if there is a problem, they will let you know. Also, like the fact you can make an appointment, to get your problems fixed.

Checked my tire pressure on all my tires for free. I didnt even have to get out of the car. I just drove up and into the tire pressure lane and the mechanic came over and checked the pressure recommended by the manufacturer and proceeded to make sure all my tires were at the correct pressure. (My low tire warning light had come on to tell me that one of them was low.) Great service! 🙂

Good tires and service at competitive prices. If you live in the South West its the best chain around. FYI, this is NOT the s ad me as the CA Discount tire. Did not have a good experience there. But what do we expect from CA?

I have been a satisfied Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. I love the way I am treated at every Discount Tire store. Their road warranty is a good deal. The regular complementary service is wonderful. Safety precautions are inforce and my well behaved Weimaraner is welcome at all of the locations I have been to.

It was my 1st visit. Would rotate my tires for free even if I didnt buy them there. Got the lifetime balancing. Was in-and-out in 45 minutes. Excellent service

Discount Tire has been my store for years now for all things tires. The staff is usually friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in fixing anything tire related and getting back on the road. My experience in the Cottonwood location was no different. Rob and Andrew greeted us and asked questions to determine the issue. Although very busy, the fellas were able to rebalance the tires and get us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. After doing some highway driving we were able to verify the issue is fixed. I hope Discount Tire never changes and continues to specialize in tire repair.

I choose a different tire which my wife is very happy with. I am a Discount Tire person for life. No, I wasnt sold a more expensive tire, just the appropriate tire.

Theyve always had slow service but with covid restrictions it has made it worse. They dont have adequate signage out front explaining what to do if an attendant is not available. Theyre quality of work is fantastic!

It’s very rare that I’m able to enthusiastically leave a 5 star review, but this is one of the times! These guys were super helpful to our family. Less than 90 days after putting new tires on our car (at another location) we ran over a staple.. these guys decided it wasn’t repairable and replaced the tire at no cost.. all in under 30 minutes! The ice cream in the car didn’t even melt

Talked my wife into buying Yokohama tires saying they were 3 stars instead of Pirrelli that were on it originally. Said that they were 2 stars. Old tires never needed this much wieghts on it and none one the outside. If I had the time I would take them back and wait for the Perrellis.

We went in to have the air pressure checked in our tires. Once someone finally came out, he did a good job explaining what he was going to do. He also said checking our duallies on our RV wouldnt be a problem either. Well go back.
