I went in store today with a sound problem and got no help with problem and was told my Galaxy S 6 was going to be disconnected because was 3-4. I tried to tell I her 5 is not perfected so how could disconnect my phone. Only information I got was giving information on new phone. Cost, ECT. So I came home and googled my problem and fixed it. So will not be buying a new phone. So much for help.

Friendly service the second time in but to be fair the first time I was there it was fairly busy with only one employee so not surprised that he was short with me and I just chose to go back another day. Second time I was the only customer at the time so that guy was friendly and process went good for setting up new service.

Garret made an upgrade as pleasant as he could have in addition to ensuring that customers complied with the Covid face mask policy. Great customer service from Garret.Update: So around 3 hours after leaving the store, Cricket blocked the line for the new phone for unknown reasons. Back to the Cricket Store and Garret assisted again. He could not get a response from customer care for 15 minutes and he took my number (other phone) and said he would continue to work on the problem. 45 minutes later I got a call and Garret had fixed the problem. Great customer service from the customer advocate Garret, but frustrating dealing with Cricket.
I have experienced the WORST customer service in this store! Discrimination and Bullying!!! I have filed a complaint with your corporate offices! Garrett you are RUDE and I AM going to the top with this!

Bought a case from cricket (mas wireless) that held credit cards ect and my gfs credit cards kept getting erased. Figured out the case had a magnet which was erasing magnetic strips. Guy at cricket asked if I wanted to buy a new case I replied no but Id like to exchange long story short I called corporate who allowed for exchange. Poor customer service. Made me miss Verizon.

Needed a new carrier after moving and having service issues. Got 2 free phones out of the deal. The rest of their products seem way over priced. Went to Wal-Mart for cases and screen protectors.

I needed a new phone my phone completely died out. Service was great minus the fact I needed a cell phone case for it and I did not like any of the ones that they had and the gentleman told me that the Moto E5 Cruise was exclusively theirs and I could by no case anywhere else. Well I found out different theyre online everywhere I do not like being lied to so therefore that does change the lot I know he was just trying to make commission but thats not a good thing cuz I will not do business with him anymore.
Sure they have great customer service, but the knowledge to back it up is not there. I have called and left several messages for the owner who just never seems to be in! Which is VERY frustrating because he was not only in on the day I showed up but sold me a LIE. He has 24 hours to call me back now or Im filing a complaint with the BBB. And that threat doesnt seem to matter to him either so I guess if you want answers you just have to be a B*@#!

Great service to get started but whatever you do, do not try to use a verizon phone with cricket service. Its spotty at best and your voice recognition will be severely compromised as well as your Google functioning.

My Vivo crashed 2 days ago while visiting Sedona,AZ..I drove to the store in Cottenwood managed by Mr. Martin Molina. Martin immediately began to trouble shoot my phone as I could not connect with the Internet or use call service. This was no easy fix as Martin had to invite Cricket Tech Support to scope out the problem! The store was quite busy and Martin worked with every customer while multi-tasking with my phone issues! After about 30 minutes, Tech Support suggested that a Master reset be done to restore my service! This was not a good option as my 1500 pics and contacts would be lost. Martin tried a variety of techniques to restart my phone, such as switching out SIM cards and using different protocols! Finally, it was obvious that I needed a new Phone! I selected a Samsung Galaxy and within about 10 minutes, Martin had all my files transferred without a glitch! I highly recommend this store and especially Martin Molina!
