I visited this store and met a young man named Manny. I have been having an issue with my IPhoneX where if I text a message to anyone the phone repeated every word typed loud & clear. You couldn’t even turn down the volume. II had tried every setting and ended up on a trip to Vegas with this annoying issue.Trust me no texting in church or anywhere. Short end of it Manny laughed said he’d never come across this, but he fixed the problem. My phone no longer runs the show.Manny is my hero. Lifesaver and Superhero. What can I say I’m impressed.

I woke up Saturday morning with the ultimate panic. My iphone was dead and would not charge! Called Russel wireless and took phone in. The young tech, Damian was so helpful and within minutes explained it was excess lint in the charging port and he removed it in minutes. When I told him I had come to rely on this phone and all my numbers and stuff were in there, he helped me set up to the cloud and info would transfer automatically. Would give six stars if I could!

Caleb gave me new found respect for both Verizon employees and salesmen in general. Has the product knowledge a salesmen should have and common sense that will take him so much further. He got me a flip phone in 2021 and didnt look at me like an idiot for having no need of social media. ITS A PHONE PEOPLE, and it does all it needs to.Thank you Caleb.

Caleb saved the day and he was just so sweet and helpful. I got a new iPhone and insurance info for my iPad, which I had both coincidentally cracked on the same day, go figure. Anyway Russell Cellular/Verizon were open on Sunday which was also a bonus and Caleb definitely deserves a raise because his customer service was outstanding.

I was working with Damian on several things . It went smoothly, was pleasant and time just flew buy. He does know what hes talking about, he was very helpful and he seemed to really injoy his job. This will be my first place to go. Also thank you very much.

I was in from out of town to help my Dad with a problem he was having with his tablet. He is local, and we went to this store because its where he purchased his cell phone. There were 3 employees in the store and no other customers. Once the woman who greeted us realized we were there for some technical help and not to purchase anything (this time), she couldnt have been less interested in helping us if she tried. They stood around talking to each other and she seemed bothered we were even there. At one point, and in a very condescending tone, she actually said, Were trained to sell devices, not to provide tech support. I wonder if shes ever heard of getting tech support on the phone for a customer? O wait, thats right, she didnt have time. She had an important conversation to get back to with her fellow employees. Bless her heart, maybe she was having a bad day. But you would think, especially in times like this, that people would be more civil toward one-another.Ill be contacting Verizon to let them know the quality of service this store provides.

Everytime Ive been to this store, nobody has ever greeted me or acknowledged me. Today, I was looking for a phone case. I roamed around their under-stocked accessories myself. Couldnt find what I needed, and left. Will not try to return, again.

Wanted to upgrade two phones and had some other questions. Verizon site not friendly. Went to local retailer, got all of my questions answered and walked out with two brand new phones. Bradley was very helpful and made sure we left with all we needed.

We,went in told the assistant what we wanted to do. Fast, and about what I expected.

They helped me change my plan and app issues. They have a great knowledge of the product and convey it simply.

Horrible service, there were 5 or 6 employees there, and none of them, except for 1, could care less that I even walked in the door. The very lazy manager, who couldnt be bothered with my needs, even though I told him that it was an important situation for my 86 year old mom was too busy playing on his personal phone, AND additionally was condescending to me, using bad grammer. Go to the other store next to KFC They are the best!!

They do my phone move all data over made everything simple and easy. Jordan was awesome.

Pretty good store but, if you are not in the market for a phone they seem a little distant. I got my answers that I needed to make my phone work correctly.

Terrible experience at the store. I bought a brand new iPhone SE and it came with the wrong earbuds. I went back to the store and they refused to do anything about it. Super expensive phone and they couldn’t even give me an adapter.

This store I would say is the best in town, the remodel is fantastic and they even went to using tablets for faster service for the customers. Great service and would recommend it to anyone for any problems with their phones and phone services with Verizon. Definitely a Five star rating.

They sold me a product that has a lifetime warranty. When it broke the company was impossible to get ahold of and this Verizon store would not help. I would have paid much less elsewhere if I knew the warranty was a lie. If your going to sell a product you better make sure its legit.

Not interactive..business is conducted efficiently but not effectively.smiles are rare when dealing with customers. Customer education is not a priority. We have visited probably 6 to 8 times. Last visit did not resolve my issue. An agent moved my videos...approximately 15 in number,and very brief...to relieve my storage problem. Same day,warning that my apps cant update.I just left Verizon on 89a. First visit. Efficient,effective,pleasant atmosphere.Thank you Andrew for explaining what you are doing..why you are doing it and walking me thru the process. We will take all our business to this store.If you are the district manager of the 260 store,I strongly recommend management by walking around. That means your presence is needed to coach your employees.

Undisclosed fees upon purchasing a realized (afterwards) worse and slower product (Samsung A10e) than I originally had (Samsung S4).Very poor quality and incomplete data transfer upon transitioning devices.Very poor customer service after realizing my mistake in buying and attempting to resolve it.And other realized bad reports against this Verizon agent after contacting Verizon directly for some resolution.I would never recommend purchasing a phone or any services from this organization.

My Google voice just stopped working and would not respond. A million thanks for fixing it and reinstalling it. Being a senior, this could be a matter of life and death..5 stars!!

It seems the young employees are bored to death and most of them have no idea how to do treat a customer. Probably not trained well by their management. I always like to give local stores my business but this was just a painfulI experience and a vaste of my time. I ended up calling Verizon directly and received very satisfying and professional service, so I bought my new iPhone X through them.

I was told that I would be able to get an upgrade from prepay to a new phone and I have been doing my payments thru auto pay for the required 6 months. I went to their store only to find out what a true liars that they were i f Verizon didnt have the only game in town I would definitely changed over to another carrier and for sure dont use this store!!!!

My phone wouldnt start and a technician from the plan I am signed up with wasnt able to help me, so I called up Nick and he said to bring it over. Jordan gave me a hard reset of the phone, which I didnt know how to do, and he took care of the problem for me at no cost. Nick & Jordan were very nice. Thank You.
