This is one of the worst Pharmacies Ive been to. I am in the process of switching all of my prescriptions to CVS. One more to go. The people are very nice, this is not about the help. The re-filling of prescriptions is frustrating due to automated system they are using. Two days ago, I called the automated system to have a prescription re-filled. I was told that it has already been filled. I go to the store today and they have nothing. They said it would be ready later. So, a couple hours later I get a call from their system. They left a message that there is an insurance issue and they cant fill the prescription. So, I go to the store, ask about my prescription and its ready!

Hmmm ... its a Walgreens ... just like every other youve ever been to ... pharmacy is the draw, and is good. Health product selection is better than most. Pricing is 10% more than youd expect, so convenience is a consideration. As far as everything else (40 % of shelf space) ... just dont! Need socks? Go to a clothing store. Need candy? Go anywhere else (except CVS). Need a drink, milk, coffee creamer? What the heck are you doing at a Walgreens?! Be smart.

Complete chaos. Different answer every time, always mess up pick up dates. All have no public skills. Fire all of them and try again. Get that Linda and Antonia to unemployment line. Thats why my family and friends recently parted ways when your pharmacy was closed cuz pharmacist quit. Never have I seen a corporation shut down at lunch. You rotate staff through those times when pickups are at a high volume. Happy failings disrespectful punks. 🤌

Came here for my Covid vaccine. The techs were wonderful each time but the woman behind the pharmacy counter snapped at me for asking a clarifying question and couldn’t have been more rude.After that interaction I’ll avoid this place. Seems to be more then acceptable based on how the other pharmacists reacted.

After waiting on hold over 20 minutes for someone in pharmacy to pick up the system disconnected me. I call the front of store only to be told that the pharmacy would be closed (SAT) due to no pharmacist on staff! Unbelievable!

Nicole at Walgreens in Coventry RI is very personable and attentive. I know these retail stores can be sparsely staffed but Nicole demonstrates a sense of urgency that is severely lacking in society today. Thank you Nicole for being a good person!

They never answer the phone in the pharmacy. You wait in line forever with recording of phone ringing and no one picks up. Wait in line for long time with no help. 2 people waiting on drive up and no one waiting on people in the store.

Absolutely worst pharmacy chain ever. Switching today.Everything with them is a problem. How about call a customer back with prescription issues. I hate this place. Always an issue they should be proactive with. Disgusting service in the pharmacy.

They don’t answer the phone in the pharmacy. Been on hold for over 30 minutes! They ignore the phone.....Not the first time this has happened.

I love walgreens in coventry simply the best always good customer service... staff is always well mannered, polite, helpful and friendly.....

Not sure what the issue is literally everytime you use drive thru to pickup no one comes to window today been waiting 10 minutes and car in front of me longer and still no one has . I miss rite aid more and more! Put more help on

If I could give zero I would. This is by far the most incompetent sloppily run Pharmacy that Ive ever in my life been to every single time a prescription needs to be refilled and I do mean every single time they mess it up. They have given me medications not even for the right people. I wouldnt trust them with a stuffed dog but sadly they are the pharmacy that my insurance covers me going to I highly recommend if you can get covered in another Pharmacy to go there instead Beware of the Walgreens on tiogue Ave in Coventry

Drug store is clean and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is better than cvs and the employees are friendlier and more helpful.

Tech shouldnt be allowed to yell at customers instead of assisting them
