Customer service could be better. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes for a pharmacist to answer my question then I felt rushed when I had two brief questions to ask. Not very good customer service. I understand they are busy but I need to know what is going on with my medication.I appreciate that they are open 24-hours and that is why I stay.

ALWAYS an issue with the pharmacy here. ALWAYS! You wait days for scripts to be filled that Drs directly call in. No matter what the script is for. If you call you are on hold for about an hour. No matter what day or time. Im currently on hold right now, 930pm on a Saturday, and have been on hold for over a half hour now. Always he said-she said BS between pharmacy staff and Drs office. Always hear they never sent that over then you call your Dr and they did multiple times! I want to say the staff is very rude because they are so short staffed. But this has been an ongoing issue for years now! Read the reviews! Ive only stayed due to 24hr option. After this phone call and script pick up, Ill be switching somewhere else. My health will not be put at risk due to these people any longer!

This particular CVS (like the one on Reservoir Ave in Cranston) is extremely busy. While I have found customer service to generally be very good, the overnight staff at the Tiogue Ave Pharmacy [specifically PHARMACIST JARED] is exceptionally receptive, patient, and consistently helpful with both my general and specific needs.

Not my pharmacy, never will be but a family members I pick up prescriptions for. So I dont wait in line for 4 hours I call ahead (like the sign says) and Im put on hold for literally 3 hours! I put phone on speaker phone plugged in the charger and waited on hold....for 2 minutes short of 3 hours!! Rude woman greeted me with what do you want? Thats how she answered the phone??? 3 prescriptions called in by ER the night before. Were working on them she says and hung up! No goodbye or Thank you, she just hung up. I hate this entire corperation! Been saying it for years, too big for their britches and lost sight of why they are there! I❤WALGREENS

NEVER enough pharmacy staff on hand. Long lines, delays in prescriptions and stressed looking employees trying their hardest. Extremely tough to get through on the phone also. Again, staff working hard and pleasant.....just never enough to handle the volume. Switched to Walmart, where prices are better anyway. Disappointed because we liked the location and 24 hrs

On the most part Tiogue Ave store is a very helpful pharmacy .Some inventory issues with prescriptions. The staff are very polite. The staff that I dealt with anyway.

I have been denied my prescriptions twice now after my doctor them in herself. I went over 4 weeks without them, and now have Leukoplakia because of it and have to get blood work done to figure out what else is wrong. If it turns out I need medical treatment I will be suing. I was told that I 1. wasn’t in their files (a lie) 2. That they were out of stock on a needle. 3. Given the wrong kind of needle (I couldn’t use it if I tried) 4.when I tried to call them for help I was put on hold for over half an hour. And 5. When I went to the cvs to file a formal complaint I was repeatedly brought to an access denied page. I will never be using cvs again and if you value your health I suggest you find another pharmacy. 0 stars if I could.

The service is ok when you visit the store in person but don’t try to call. I got a text message saying they needed to talk to me about a prescription program and that I needed to call. I waited on hold for about 30 minutes then tried to call later. As of this writing I still haven’t gotten through….

Staff members in the pharmacy dept are rude/ lack customer service skills, minimum on call hold times are over ten minutes, medications are never ready even after you get the ready text, I aknowlege its a busy store but overall customer service is sub par and a lot of people standing around doing nothing to help their co workers with long lines, calls, ect. Seems like better management is needed. Been with this pharmacy for years. Will be switching after todays experience.

They keep refilling prescriptions when I dont need them, and then ignore the ones that have no refills left. I called it in to my doctor and she sent the script over maybe 2 hours later. Its been over 2 hours and I cant get anyone on the phone to see when my prescriptions will be ready. They NEVER have enough staff at the pharmacy. Even when there isnt a long line, I always find myself having to wait for some reason. Im always tempted to go through the drive thru because they seem to pay more attention to those people than the ones waiting in the store. Ive never been able to talk to the pharmacist without waiting at least 20 minutes. It takes about a half hour to give them a copy of my updated insurance card. I absolutely hate going here, I really need to switch to Walgreens. The other CVSes nearby are NEVER as busy, so I dont understand why they dont have the pharmacists at those help out here. Also, its the usual Coventry crowd, so if theres someone talking to the pharmacist, they expect to be waited on hand and foot. I just need to tell them to stop refilling my sleep pills every two weeks, but I dont feel like waiting a half hour to say one sentence.

Best drug store around. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. If they dont stock the meds I need they will call other stores for me. 24hrs a day, it doesnt get any better.

Writing this in the store. Been waiting 20 min just to drop off a script. 4 calls on the line been ringing since before i got in noone even notices it. They have a whopping 3 people on with a line half out the door. Its not the fault of the staff but management needs to schedule people better. This is insane.

I called to see about a prescription that was on hold and was treated extremely rudely. I was very polite, and the person at that store who answered the phone literally said “it’s not on your profile” and slammed the phone down and hung up. I WILL be voicing my complaint with corporate.

I was thinking please get a feedback survey of my experience at this location. Last night I went to buy some products from the store. One item I wanted in particular wasnt in stock but that was ok. What wasnt ok was when I acquired about my 40% off 1 item (which I had 2 of them being a loyal customer ) the clerk rudely said I dont have them. And I could only use my 30% off my purchase.It was ok because today I went 5 miles down the street and used my 40% off coupons there. They had NO problem finding them.The moral of this email is....Not everybody is trying to get something for nothing. And I think it wouldnt of killed her to go the extra mile.I wish I could say this is my first time but your night staff need retraining.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Poor communication with doctors and patients. Called in prescriptions not ready and no apologies. Switching pharmacies.

Very helpful and pleasant pharmacist and CVS employees to be around compared to other pharmacies that are around the area who act like your an inconvenience as soon as you walk in the doors. I personally wouldn’t have my family or loved ones go anywhere’s else but here.Thank you too all who work at 765 Tiogue Ave. Coventry, RI pharmacy for being nothing but respectful, helpful and caring to my family and me for the past 10+ years. Keep up the great work! :-)

Biggest plus is that its open 24 hours. There has been times when I had to go there at 3 and 4 am and I could! Prices are reasonable, store is well layed out, well stocked, people are friendly... What more can you ask for?

Young girl named Danielle at the drive-thru has a disgusting attitude. Her parents should be ashamed. I’ve dealt with her three times now before writing this review and let’s just say she belongs elsewhere. Just a real snotty attitude that should be nowhere near customer service. Will be switching my scripts over to Walgreens just to not deal with that mess again buh bye

Like the one near Wakefield street better but this one is 24 hours and larger. Nice!

I have never been treated so bad in a cvs. i was harassed by two employees the cosmetic tech, and a cashier. i hsd tp leave the store due to the whispering degrading comments i heard. i went in to exchange a item and i felt like a a animal. i will never shop there againi left in tears.

They know what medince I am on also taking too.
