Fun store to walk through. Tool prices are kinda mid range. Could see myself impulse buying a gun safe or minibike in the future. Can never have enough hardware stores, and this chain has some interesting stuff.

Low rating only for one reason. I hate chemicals. They sell a large supply of things like Round Up. If the store would be healthier, it would be much better. I appreciate their pet clinics like rabies clinics.

Picking up an internet order. Waiting and waiting in the lot after being told it will be right out, it was not very busy. I dont know if they are understaffed or what but after a second call my order finally came out. I would rather have been told it will be a half hour.

Other than the fact they didnt hire me when I was looking for part time work, every experience there has been satisfactory. My son gets gineua pig food and bedding, my neighbors get chicken and goat supplies and I always go along.

How can you not love Tractor Supply its like an adult playground they offer pretty much everything you could possibly need and will surprise you on what they have their policies as far as returns is remarkable they Pride themselves on customer service they are not lying customer service is spectacular I worked for Tractor Supply for about a year so I really know the ins-and-outs of this company and they are absolutely there to help you with every one of your needs

Great variety of items for farmers, gardeners, and pet owners. I got a 50 lbs bag of bird seed as well as cracked corn. I ordered it online and they carted it outside to load in my truck.Friendly and helpful staff with speciality services as well. The day we went there was a dog vaccination clinic. For a reduced rate, people can keep their pets healthy and updated on vaccines.Will be back again when we set up our garden next month as well.Nice large store with tons of tools as well for all your needs.

Its been going downhill. I used to have about my TS. But they are often out of alfalfa, or its in the back and none on the shelf. Its been harder and harder to find people to help because they all seem so busy. What used to be a fun trip for me has turned into more of a necessary chore.

Staff was very patient and helpful, for the most part. One person was dismissive and seemed grumpy, otherwise it would be 5 stars. They had a wide variety of clothing, gardening, pet supplies, and so much more.

Always have what we need in stock,( Taste of the Wild dog food) in several varieties. And LOVE the fact that we can bring our dog in with us! This contributed a great deal to her socialazation training!!

They sometimes have the stuff I need. Usually a tad over priced. Sometimes equine and livestock items run out of stock or they simply dont stock the grooming supplies, tack or hardware Im looking to buy.

This is where I come for most of my farm animal needs. I get my mini pig and chicken feed here. Great store with an amazing selection.

Great place to shop only reason for not 5 🌟 is because when your just browsing around for more than half hour the workers start looking at you and following you like your up to something and it’s annoying because I have kids and when I get to go out shopping just my husband and I we love to take our time and browse around and see what we can find and also try to save a few bucks. When I can take my time and look I always find deals and stuff I wouldn’t expect. Also not just this location but all locations should change there hours and be open way earlier and also later. 90% of customers are farmers and I have been a dairy farmer and now run my own veggie stands and greenhouses so I don’t know about other farmers but I know I am up at 4 am and my days are started outside at 5 and when I’m out doing hay and I need twine for my baler and don’t want to drive all the way to Agway in ct I go to tractor supply but it never fails that they are closed. Farmers are early birds and this is a farm store therefor they should learn to accommodate farmers not just general public. One last thing is they also need to hire people with experience in the farm world because most workers have no idea what customers are talking about like with animal feed and etc if I have a question about fat content or what’s best to put weight on or control weight etc all they do is read the bags I can do that myself I would like someone with some experience to help out customers with little knowledge or up and coming farmers other than that I love my tractor supply stores

The whole store is good but it has absolutely nothing to do with grilling. Went to a competitor.

Went for gineua pig bedding for my sons gineua pig. They thought they were out but volunteered to check their stock on the computer to be sure. They found that they had a package in storage, went and found it and brought it to the front. I had gotten used to if its not out we dont have it as standand answer in stores so I appreciated that they were so willing to help. Also, the store is clean, aisles were wide and uncluttered and products were clearly marked and priced. I will definately be back

My last experience here was horrible. I walked the whole store without ever being greeted once. Not what am used to at TSC. As a former employee and avid customer, I come to expect more. Just glad this is not my local store. Things seem to have gone down hill, wondering if this store is under new management.

This is usually my go-to Tractor Supply primarily because its the closest to the family farm. However, over the past few years these guys have had a tendency to hire staff members that are less than retail savvy. No one goes out of their way to greet you, let alone be friendly once youre at check-out. When you do seek out customer service its hit or miss as to if youre dealing with someone who has a farm background.

Very poor service, we are a trucking company that delivered the tractors and parts to this store. We were told they receive from 8-4pm, my driver arrived at 3:10pm, and the day shift manager Brett, said NO POSSIBLE way this is getting empty today. Yet we had 3 other deliveries at tractor supply stores and all went smooth except this delivery. We offered to offload the freight ourselves, he said not possible, we offered money for his workers to take off thier own freight, he said not possible. And after 30min on the phone with him, he said i need to punch out so i can leave for the day. Your driver just needs to wait til tomorrow when we come in to offload. horrible attitude, and im sure if it was fedex, ups he wouldnt have done that.
