They alway have the donuts that I want and I have never encountered a transaction with the horrible owner the other reviewers are speaking about. However, I usually go at some odd early morning time such as 1 am and I always encounter great service from a gentleman.

Go on Sundays. Always very well stocked. Looks clean. One thing is strange: There is an EXCELLENT male employee. Courteous and well mannered. On another day...there was a female that basically did her job...gave me donuts and took my money. And on another day, there was another female that did me the FAVOR of getting me donuts, took my money cause it seemed I owed her...and turned around and walked to the back room without a single Thank you, or smile.The first employee needs praise and a small raise. The second employee needs to be taught that a simple smile and an AUDIBLE Please and Thank you is not only appreciated...but REQUIRED as an employee of a business. And the third employee needs to be FIRED. Manager/owner: Take care of the problem.

Good coffee and donuts, but on Saturdays, a certain staff member is not friendly to us, as small group that goes there. I try to be friendly but, we get a bad vibe.. Hope it changes...

The owner really needs to learn that customer service is key to a business ! She is by far rude and almost always intentionally puts coffee grains in your coffee if she doesn’t like you. if she doesn’t want customers coming back then I can’t understand why she went into buying a Business !Only reason I continue to come here is due to her outstanding workers I am not going toPunish them for her lack of leadership and understanding the fundamentals of owning a business !At least they have an understanding on how to treat a customer that continues to come and keep the Business open so that they will continue to have work!If the owner ever read this you need to either allow someone to buy the establishment or learn the fundamentals of customer service you are the worst business owner I have ever encountered you discriminate you are rude and you lack the number one key to business knowledge that is have respect for your customers !!

Open 24 hours!!! Hello is there anything else you need to say? For some of the crew, the sandwiches are a good light meal to energize without putting a brick in the belly and the prices are below the belt which is nice because this job doesnt pay great....

My Father and I broke down in front of this donut shop today. While we were waiting 45 minutes for the tow truck, my Dad, who is recovering from Prostate cancer, needed to use the restroom. Yes, there is a sign on the door that says No public restrooms. Three employees huddle up to discuss our request and their conclusion was no. I lost it! A few minutes later, I had the pleasure of talking with the owner of the shop on the phone. He was unrelenting and said, under no circumstances could my Father use the restroom. One of my problems in life is that I see issues as gray while the other half sees things in black or white. Im certain that any of these three people (one who was a manager) would have let my father use the restroom if they werent afraid of the owner. People MUST have the autonomy to make common sense decisions without fear of the boss chewing them out. On what Planet, in what country, do you deny a Man, who is in a very unique situation, the chance to use the restroom? What has gotten into us humans that makes us so distrusting of one another? Their decision was sad and lacked any compassion. My Dad has been a customer here before. How great of a gesture would it have been if the manager offered us a donut, a cup of coffee and a restroom as we waited for the tow truck? Id have certainly written a letter of thanks and clicked 5 stars, but here we are, dead set on never giving another shiny nickel to this franchise. Always support family owned small businesses.

Horrible customer service, Never going back to this location again they hired a new young lady and this young lady is the most ghetto/rude person that I have come across to, she needs to learn how to deal with high value customers or maybe find a better line of work all associates need a coaching on great customers service. The only reason they are busy is because of the Starbucks next door!

Good donuts but horrible customer service. Went in and got a half a dozen donuts and when I got home, three of my donuts were the wrong ones. The employees are rude and unorganized.

The lady who attends that place, only attends in English, I have no problem speaking it, but there are many people who do not speak English and she without any apology only tells you speak only English ..... imagine how ugly it would be for a person who does not speak English well, who can answer you? .... These places are supposed to have bilingual people and if there are not, just say it in a nice way, not in an authoritarian way, and if they saw the I think you know more Spanish than I do, but anyway, so delicious donuts and incompetent staff ... dont go there.
