I left walgeeens not too long ago and the cashier who assisted me went above and beyond. I shouldve gotten his name, but long story short... every dollar counts right now and he made sure I got the exact ticketed discount I was looking for and seemed to have gone ahead and possibly added an employee discount for the blood pressure monitor I needed to get my mother. He patiently checked prices, asked for manager help with my issue and very nicely helped me charge my purchase. I make a big deal out of this because often times we come across associates who become rude when customers use discount or sales codes used to draw in purchases. Truly thank you cashier dude with slicked silver black hair 😁

Went to Walgreens around 8:00pm Maggie (store leader) was pretty rude. Please let her know whats the differences between a purchase & transaction. She informed me that i could only use ONE coupon per transaction. 2Star off :( !Happy note: the Cashier (forgot his name) was super super nice & friendly. Store always has sales items & lots of great clearance.

I only go to the pharmacy. The pharmacist are very very helpful with you. They are all very sweet. I love this place. This is the only place I get my meds from. Even thou they are busy I still will wait because of there customer service.

Friendly and most of the staff recognizes me and my two girls. Some of the staff often ask where the girls becaue they know they aleays go with Mommie to Walgreens for everything households items to gift ideas

I love Walgreens employees are very helpful and nice. If youre in a hurry to grab milk makeup candy or any kind of products its a great place to just go in and grab and come out

Wow, just wow. The pharmacy service is terrible. My son was trying to pick up a script and was having a bit of difficulty understanding what the pharmacist was trying to tell him. I called and asked what the problem was and I how I could resolve the problem. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and short with me on the phone. I think she needs a lesson in customer service 101. Ill make sure he has access to mail order scripts in the future.Do yourself a favor and either go to another pharmacy or simply do mail order. If there were an option to do negative stars, Id opt for that.

Awful service. Pharmacist very unhelpful. He told me that generic Annusol was ~$300. What??!. So I gave him a discount card by Goodrx for a deal. He said he never heard of it and could not bother to look into it. He says it takes 2 weeks to order my meds for the discount price. What a jerk.!! I went to CVS and got my meds in no time.

Waited too long on drive thru. They saw me but did not acknowledge me. Had a wrong mailing address on my record which delayed it more. Very unfriendly to the point that I felt they do not want my business. Going back to CVS.(End)
