Stopped by the location near Claiborne Hill last week after Hurricane Ida looking for 10W-30 oil for a generator. They didnt have power but had a really nice guy at the front door and was only allowing one patron in at a time. They did not have the motor oil but were advertising a generator for $699 each+ tax. I left and drove down the street to Lowes and they had hundreds of the same generator for $649 each.

Great staff I went there for a part They didnt have it in stock and couldnt order it. When I asked where I could get it the sales guy looked up a competors store and called them up to see if they had it. They too didnt stock. He asked if they could order it. They could. He sent me to a competors store. Thats what I call service. Customer first profit second. Great Job Advanced Auto Parts!!!!

I rated this location a 5 Star rating for its customer service. I bought a low bean bulb for my 2010 mazda 5 and the staff was very helpful and friendly to marking sure I had the corect bulb.

The store is organized and clean. Although many times I go in there the men doubt my make and model because its a special edition and give me the wrong parts. So I have to go back in and return. But otherwise they are friendly and knowledgeable.

While I do not patronize this store personally my workplace purchases here often and they are great! Helped locate a match for an older forklift. The search was pretty frustrating, but the staff at Advance helped tremendously with great professionalism!

Great help had the clutch cable on my BMW bike break and they helped me find all the tools I needed to limp back home. Thank to you I made it home without a tow truck.

Very hard to communicate with over the phone! Need workers who know how to look up info when requested! Your customers are calling for a reason! Especially when it ls a woman who is in a crisis situation with her vehicle and her husband is over two hours away! Lost my service!
