They were very helpful and fast. They got me a new battery for my car for under $100! I am so glad I came here instead of one of the chain stores! If you keep your receipt, you have the option to bring it back for a year if something messes up they will replace it. They replaced my old battery and bought 3 used batteries from me for .22 cent on the pound. That rate may change, Im not sure but thats what I got.

In September my husband bought a battery from this place not 2 weeks and the battery had died so I took that battery back and the guy there swapped the battery out for me. Well not 2 weeks and that battery died well I go back with the battery and all because the guy that swapped the first battery out for me didnt put on the paper that he had swapped out the battery and the date he swapped it out they refused to replace the battery for me. So if you want a battery that will last for a while dont go to this place.

Great customer service always. Will go a 110% to make business a pleasure. I had a hard time finding a good battery place when I opened as a automobile dealer in 2015. They warranty batteries and they have always been a pleasure for my company.

Quick service. Had to install battery myself and that wasnt helpful. Would be nice if employee assisted as he was standing and watching. Even the big chains do that. Came here to save money on purchase, but wasnt looking forward to losing good customer service as well.

Second time I had to return a battery. Got an attitude and acted like they didnt want to replace it. Others there also to return re-pop batteries. Will pay extra somewhere else next time.
