Starting off with the star of the show was the coffee. I always get a vanilla latte every time I try a new coffee place and the roost knocked it out of the park. Upon your first sip you get a perfect temperature coffee with a nice strong rich flavor immediately followed by a vanilla after taste. Most of the time the vanilla really over powers the latte but the espresso really shined through this time and made for a perfect blend of flavors. Their pastries were fine its nothing I would get excited about. The owner is as vibrant as the coffee. We can in and immediately felt like friends. The shop is very eclectic with a large space in the back to sit in relax. I would definitely recommend starting your morning with the roost.

Latonia is hiding the best coffee shop in Northern Kentucky right in plain sight!I ordered a iced coffee and peach tea while there. Both were delicious and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor space with wifi if you have work to do.The staff was super welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back soon! 🙌🏻

The Roost is an oasis for the senses! The smell of the freshly ground coffee and spices. The hundreds of curiosities, many of which are for sale and the warm ambiance of the entire shop almost defies description! Meridith was as welcoming as the spring sun that we enjoyed as we sipped our fancy coffee. Dont waste your time on the chain stores like Starbucks or others! You must stop in and enjoy a cup of artisan coffee, a feast for the eyes and support local business! As Always, Enjoy

The cutest little coffee shop! I love the vintage vibe, it feels cozy and homey without being over the top. ( It’s the vibe Cracker Barrel wished they had. )The baked goods were delicious and we all really liked our coffees and teas. Everyone was very nice as well. I can’t wait for it to warm up so I can sit out on the little patio area.

If you are in need of a coffee or tea fix, stop by The Roost. The coffee, according to my Mom was one of the best she ever had. I got one of their hot teas and it was the perfect choice heading into the fall. The tear n share pastry, which had looked amazing.my Mom The decor is very eclectic, which fits in well here in Latonia. There are cards, candles, t-shirt, paintings, and pillows you can purchase just to name a few. If you like supporting local businesses I highly recommend The Roost.

Loved this place! Nice environment, cool furniture, and if you are a chai latte like me try the turmeric chai latte with oat milk and a splash of vanilla!

As I was walking through my neighborhood I saw this new business. I went in and saw the ladies that that own it collect some of the same things I do. its a pretty cool little coffee house/pickers store, I think everyone should stop in and give it a try .

Im so glad the downtown Latonia strip has a local coffee shop now! This is a charming place with delicious coffee and tea options, with various pastries from local bakeries. Fun selection of memorabilia, old and new books, furniture, mugs, and other tchotchkes to browse too. Theres always something in the works and the folks behind the counter are always friendly. What a perfect fit.

Super cool coffee spot in Latonia! The owner and baristas were all super nice and welcoming. I loved the decor and cozy feel of the inside. They also have some housewares for sale!! There’s outdoor space in the front and back to enjoy your coffee and treats! I’m so excited to come back and become a regular ❤️

Wonderful, eclectic place! First time going this morning. Staff friendly ✔, very clean✔, delightful atmosphere ✔, and wonderful drinks and please treat yourself to the spinach feta croissant!! We be back on the regular. A nice walk from anywhere in Latonia. You xan event hist events there. Gonna invite the gang to come down and play some tunes on the piano. Really cool place to go. They sell amazing cheeses coffees teas and cold drinks. I think they are going to start selling cocktails as well. The girls that worked there were very nice and helpful. They sell new things and very cool antiques.

I love the service with a smile and even got great suggestions about what to order (daily-brewed iced tea was fantastic!)... This is the cutest little vintage shop. Would make for a nice date, hang out spot or even a place to work. It’s a coffee shop that’s opening on Tuesday. We had samples of the tea and coffee and it was so good. Really appreciated the friendly staff.
