It was mid to late afternoon...Im starting to realize I gotta have me some Starbucks. I stopped by for the usual...and suddenly life was good! A Carmel Frappuccino does it every time!
Were there for a several times and every time my drink was not as the same as previous.
Wrong hour of operation.
The lady was very rude she said that we charge for ice just because I took a while for my order even tho I bought 7 drinks and I said I wanted ice and she said we charge $1 per drink for ice I would never go here ever again
I’ve been to this Starbucks so much within the past 3 months and it’s been the slowest coffee stand and experience I’ve ever had trying to get coffee. There is an older woman that works here and will literally take 10 minutes to make one drink. While she is super nice, I don’t really care for having a 10 minute conversation while she’s making my coffee while ignoring others in line. She has no sense of urgency even in the mornings for people trying to get to work. The younger woman works very fast and efficiently but this older woman is the death of me I will not buy from there if she is working.
Slow. A few reasonable times but usually its a wait and I will only stop IF it looks not busy (only a few cars) OR if for some rare occasion Im actually not in a hurry/on a schedule (which is ultra rare)! Honestly, it is a convenient location (lack of another close drive thru) but they NEED to lose the extra, get more basic, just make the coffees right & right away.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Starbucks but this location CONSTANTLY struggles with a line even when there arent that many people in the store. My family and I go instead to another Starbucks location close by.Perhaps management has changed but youll typically finish eating your food item before you get your drink.
I have the Starbucks Visa card. So purchases add up the points plus I get about a dozen free selections each year.
Slowest Starbucks reward goes to these guys unbelievable
All are amazing people.
