Lot more than what I bargained for. Really. Was out for work looking for specific items. On a low budget. They did not let me down. Clean. Up-to-date. And lots to choose from. Ill be back for sure!

Place is very clean. Customer service is exceptional. Store has so many good deals. Includes household items., Food, cleaning supplies and a little of everything. I was impressed compared to the Big Lots from several years back. Before going to the market I would shop here first.

They always have new line of clothing I love to shop for there clothes

This is one of my favorite stores to shop! Just check your expiration dates on the food items. They actually have expired cakes and such.

New items available...some nice changes in their inventory.

A Latonia mainstay thats gotten cleaner, more organized and with a better selection of items.

The workers there are always nice to talk to. They offered me to sign up for the savings card which actually helps a lot. Its always clean, not too crowded ever, decent selection, prices are good. Nothing to complain about that location whatsoever. I wish we had a Big Lots in Alexandria because they are like the dollar store but better lol.

Prices are no lower than other places, they do win for having the most disgusting mens room tho. Guarentee those toilets havent been cleaned in months 🤢

I like the selection of big lots. They always have some stylish things without spending a fortune. I was surprised that this store doesnt have any lighting to choose from in the furniture section. This stores set up is a little unorthodox as well. Hair brushes and Bobby pins are by the socks on the other side of the store rather than with the other hair products like shampoo and conditioner. Associates are very nice though.

Big lots has really cleaned up the place. Nicely organized clean great selection of products, also cant beat the deals here.

Its surprising what you can find at this store. Many of those products they sell come from catalogue overstock and well known stores that have close outs and surplus.

Found what i needed at reasonable prices. Signed up for rewards program. Through the Rewards program they give you reward on your birthday. I should have signed up yesterday..364 days to go

Everytime i come in to buy furniture, cash mind you, you NEVER sell me it. You either dont have it, cant get it, may take up to 6 wks for it to come in, the lady is always rude, latonia store. Again i was there last night and was going to purchase a 400.00 chair only to get turned away....again. I spend way too much money Im just going to find another store to shop at and Im telling ALL my friends.

Big lots has a little bit of everything. They have food, toys, and even furniture. So if you need anything just go to Big Lots.

Store would alright if they cared about their customers more and loss prevention wasnt so desperate they cant even follow social distancing guidelines.

I love big lots they never closed and my family calls it a favorite store because of the dependability and the friendly people that work there.

Online as shows 6 pool filters went to store the manger said only allow two in Lationia Ky, it should tell you that online before going there waste of gas.once they are gone they dont order no more .wow summer starts in June.why sell the pools if you cant keep filters stock?

Found a planter for my Norfolk pine Christmas tree after searching everywhere. I was helped by an exceptional employee named Tyler who took me to the stock area and climbed a ladder to get it. All employees were pleasant and helpful.

Nice store

Big Lots has improved tremendously over the years. Dropping in to pick up a few things from soft drinks to paper goods- they have a good selection of mostly name brand products at great prices. Now with a selection of furniture- again name brands- its even better. I would give 5 stars, but I hate the layout of this store. Especially the entrance and exit doors. The entrance doors dont open automatically which isnt a problem unless you have to bring in a cart or are handicapped. The exit is a pain because after you check out the doors directly in front of the registers are the entry doors. To get out you have to go through an aisle with merchandise on both sides, so you have other customers who are still shopping between you and the door.

Needed new cloth shower curtain, new towels & Broyhill King size sheet set, good quality & affordable.We were able to find some other items tooThe store was clean, plus they moved items around with less clutter. Big lots is great place for seasonal clearance items and all sorts of close out items. Their prices are just about all marked down hence the discount name and some pretty great prices! I really like that you are never really sure what you may find on your next visit. This week it might be some terrific deal on home goods items. Next week it might be tools or something for outside use . Needless to say, I stop by once in awhile just to check out what they have. If you are on a budget you need to look here for real bargains! Lot of good finds perfect for people on a budget better quality stuff than a Dollar store this location tends to have more but also different stuff from the Florence location so if you find something buy it cause it might be the last of it. They have really good furniture at both locations .

Store always clean, friendly staff and you can always find a great deal on everyday items (dry foods, furniture, toys, lawn and garden, pet goods, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen sets etc).

This store, 6 to 8 months ago, was unfriendly and i wouldnt have reccomended it to anyone. However, the new Management team and new employees are really turning that place around. I had a great shopping experience today!

Woman that checked me out was friendly and seemed quite competent performing her job. She had a problem with the printer getting me a receipt, but got it resolved quickly.

I found it to be cluttered and hard to maneuver around the furniture department. The housing isles seemed very unorganized. This is the worst I have ever seen a Big Lots store.

I like the employees at this Big Lots! We have toilet paper as I was pulling in to park!!

Good deals and good products. Almost like Walmart except without it being Walmart. My wife and I went for Christmas shopping and only paid $200 for our entire cart full of gifts. But big lots is great year around, always having deals and great staff.

If youve never been to a Big Lots youre in for an experience. You get good things cheap at great prices and the inventory is always changing because they do purchase Closeouts from other stores and offer them at a discounted price.

Love Big Lots this location is one of my favorited shelfs are well stocked, extremely friendly staff and always takes the time to acknowledge customers as they come in. Very important to me in this in hurry world we live in. Good Management in my personal opinion.
