It was the second stop on a new furniture viewing excursion. It was the last stop as well! Found exactly what we wanted at a fair price.Been trading at Ramsey Furniture for 46 years. They helped us furnish our first home and maybe our last one now.

Ramseys Furniture to the rescue!!! We were left in a bind after a big box furniture company pushed our furniture delivery back two extra months. We went to Ramseys because we could buy something from their current inventory. Their customer service as exceptional, they were helpful, honest, thorough, and even delivered our couch the SAME day we purchased because we are local. I highly recommend buying from Ramseys Furniture.

Ive been dealing with Ramsey Furniture for 15 years now. I had to buy someplace at another place once or twice because of one reason or another but I always come back. Customer service has always been good unless theyre overwhelmed (busy) which is normal when only two salespeople are on the floor. They will negotiate to a point but the main reason I keep going back is that they care and I care more about the mom and pop stores than big box. You pay a little more at times but they are there if you need them fro help. Going back today for a bedroom suite after buying a sectional and desk recently. Give them a try you wont be disappointed!

Wife and I budgeted $3000 for new living room furniture. We were looking for a new reclining sofa and rocker recliner. 30 minutes into shopping we found a whole grain leather sofa and recliner and we came in just over $1700. Tony was great and talked about the benefits of each fabric type and was patient as I thoroughly tried out each set. He understood what I meant by wanting to sit on the sofa, not in the sofa. All in all an enjoyable shopping experience.

A day ago me and my mom walked into the store it was a younger looking guy standing at what seem to be a register. We made eye contact and I said “Hi!” He did nothing but look the other way and continue on doing what he was doing . That gave me a red flag instantly but my mom continued to walk and look around because her goal that day was to buy a coffee table so we searched high and low that day which lead us to this furniture store. As me and my mom was walking towards the back a white couple walked in and the younger guy walked up to them before they can even fully make it in the door with the biggest smile on his face asking them if they needed help . At that point me and my mom basically ran out the store . Covington is known for racists and soon I walked in this store I knew what it was going to be like .

I looked at several lovely pieces of furniture with Randall. I told him I was just exploring. He was totally fine with helping me find what I needed, measure, and gave me all the information I asked.

I have been shopping with and purchasing items from Ramsey Furniture for many years. The quality is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. I would not shop anywhere else.

Today I went into this furniture store with my mother and baby girls to find some new items for my mothers living room and to furnish my new place as well. Let me state this before I go on, the items they had when i first walked in were beautiful, however we were treated as if we were nobody!! No one greeted us when we walked in, there was an associate there, he looked at us and proceeded to continue his conversation with someone else. Then i stated, well I dont feel welcome here smh, and I told my mother lets go and still no one said come back and see us, or anything. I felt this was terrible customer service and I probably wont ever set foot in here again. The treatment I received really upset me, work on your customer service you guys. I just wanted to buy locally instead of spending my money at a big chain...im not sure why we were treated in such a manner but you def lost a consumer

We walked around the place for over 30 min one Saturday and we saw NOONE. No employee, no body spoke to us. We were is the portion where the bedroom furniture was. Funny thing, we bought bedroom furniture from another company within a week. Maybe we would have bought from this company if we had seen anyone to help us.
