I highly recommend these guys, they have awesome customer service and prices!This is the third bed weve bought from them and couldnt be happier with the service. I brought my wife and daughter to help me shop for a bed set for our guest bedroom. When we walked in Bob Rushing came up to us and asked what we would like to see and offered to answer any questions. I explained that we are looking for a full size mattress, box, and definitely want the protective sheet and dont want to spend a fortune on it since its not going to be used every day. He took us straight to his most budget friendly beds, explained what they were, and moved up to moderately priced beds that were higher quality and had better warranties. This blew me away because Im so used to retail reps taking you straight to the most expensive and trying to sign you up to a credit card to afford it. We ended up buying a moderately priced one because we liked the bed better and it had a better warrantee. Bob did everything in his power to get us a great price and delivery to our place. His manager happened to come into the store while we were leaving and I told him how happy I was with Bob helping us out. We will be back when my daughter needs a larger bed.Pros - consistent great service, really good prices, good delivery if you need it (we had them pick up the old mattress last time)Cons - smaller store than neighbors, dont have the wooden/metal bed frames just the very basic roller ones, not many pillows or sheets

I have never had sure a negative experience buying a mattress as I did at this store. They did not deliver the mattress I ordered, they lied about the price and then they called me a lier. I intend to make a report to the Better Business Bureau.

We love the Covington Mattress Depot. They are straightforward and with no need to haggle or negotiate. We tell them what we want and our price point and they show us what they can do. I really appreciate the quality products and management at this location.

This is a small, somewhat hidden store in Covington, and we werent sure what to expect going in, but the salesperson was knowledgeable but laid back and genuine. The mattress we bought is very nice, and the price was comparable to some of the larger stores we visited, but the experience here is far better. They delivered it the next day, and the delivery folks were fast and professional. The warehouse had pulled the wrong box springs as we had requested low profile, but the exchange was handled with NO drama, and the delivery folks this time were just as fast and professional. I will highly recommend Mattress Depot to anyone I know that is looking for a mattress going forward.

First and the last time here. I got a mattress, the seller said that was a soft one. After a few days my back started hurting like Id been lifting for years. I called them asking if I could return, but they said no. What a rip off. Better go to somewhere else.

My twin adjustable bed was just delivered and set up by Kenny and Myrin. They were extremely friendly and set my bed up very quickly. I bought a Serta icomfort 1000 from these wonderful guys. Thank you Nick!!I have had a decade of sleep issues and I decided to try a new bed. The first night on my mattress was amazing! I only woke up once in the night and also woke up in less pain than normal. I can not tell you how wonderful that is to me. Nick bent over backwards to make sure I was treated very well. I would highly recommend going to Mattess Depot. Well worth it.

I met with sam, and he had excellant customer service. He included all three of the people in our family, was honest about the ones that he liked, and didnt like, and he really connected with me and my family.

I went to Mattress Firm first. They gave me a run around. They confirmed a delivery date twice only for the driver to call me, tell me the truck broke down and I need to call the sales rep and have it rescheduled(isnt that your job?), I did that but the rep told me it would be another 2 days. So I cancelled, which they made me run back and forth to the store to cancel it (An obvious attempt to change my mind). They dont have their act together, and on the busiest mattress weekend of the year. But Mattress Depot; when I told them what happened they not only called their warehouse and confirmed same day delivery, but they gave me the bed I wanted for $200 cheaper than Mattress Firm, and had it to my house within two hours. Last night I slept like a baby. I didnt have to sleep on the floor or a chair thanks to Mattress Depot.
