I was put in touch with Sheri, who is AMAZING and knows her stuff and I was in a rental by the end of that week. I recently picked up my car and she looks brand new. Ive been going to Passport for about a yr now. In that time they have taken extremely good care of me and my 20 yr old car. I originally had an extensive amount of work done because the car needed some attention. Recently had an exhaust issue. Brought the car in and in a few hrs and for a lot less than I was expecting it wdone

Definitely deserving of a 5 star review! Ive been here on two separate occasions with minor issues (door handle not working, latch on hatchback was stuck) and as a female alone with my 2 kids, who knows absolutely nothing about cars, they definitely could have taken advantage, but both times they managed to fix the issue within 15 minutes or so and didnt charge me a thing. The staff was so friendly, too.

Jim and Kevin did a great job in repairing my 20 yr old Camry. I knew there was issue with the suspension and I would have authorized repairs that didnt need to be done if not for their honesty and true desire to do what was in my best interest these repairs could have easily cost twice as much. They advised me to what was not right with the vehicle and gave me a more than fair estimate to fix and when all said and done they did all the repairs they had mentioned at the beginning and also repaired a few minor issues all with in the initial estimate. I dove my car away and it drives and runs as good as ever. This vehicle has sentimental value to our family as it was my fiancee Grandfather car who passed away over 10 yrs ago. The low mileage and overall condition of the vehicle warranted the repairs. Because the vehicle had sat not being driven there was alot of rust on many of the bolts and other components and they repaired and replaced everything. This took them a little longer than initially thought but with consistent updates and communication this was not an issue for us. I am very happy to have and will continue to do business with Passport. The entire staff from Sherry in the office to Kevin and Jimmy I felt very valued as a customer. I felt that my best interest was always first priority with them. They could have easily told me that there were things that needed to be done that didnt and I would not have known better. They correctly diagnosed the issues and also told me that things I thought needed to be done did not need to be done. Honest and caring the best way to describe my experience. It is refreshing to know that this type of service still exists.

I cannot say enough about Jimmy and his team. I have been dealing with Jimmy for over 25 years and I have never had to worry about anything. He has always taken great care of me as well as the numerous friends I have referred. Everyone of them have thanked me for the referral and complimented Jimmy and Passport.I had a major accident and totalled my vehicle, but I had not seen it. When is was towed to Passport, Jimmy immediately called to see if I was ok because he saw all the blood and the condition of my SUV. That is who he is.Jimmy stands behind everything. With anything, when doing a repair it may need some adjustments and bring it in and he will take care of it. It is his reputation and it is stellar.I trust his opinion when it comes to my auto repairs. For honesty, workmanship and price, Passport is my place for a major accident, a little fender bender or an oil change!

HIGHLY recommend this body shop. I was rear-ended earlier this year and Passport took care of everything. Crash report, facilitating a rental car when I dropped off, insurance claim with the at-fault partys insurance, and complete repair of my vehicle to like-new status. My car was hit yet again while it was parked in a parking lot and I will 100% go back to Passport for the estimate and repairs.
