Had a great experience at this store on 5/2/21. An employee in the store was super helpful and knowledgeable and even came up with creative ways to make smelling items more effective through a mask.

Excellent. They made sure that I get what I wanted.

They are very careful about allowing in a certain amount of people at a time, which is something I find important right now with covid being everywhere. They also have a lot of friendly staff willing to help. I always enjoy going there for my body sprays and lotions and the candles also are great. Also they always have some type of sale going on, today was buy three get two free which in my opinion you cant beat . I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a beautiful store is always clean and they have great body lotions, body mist, hand sanitizers. They always have an anual sale and the staff are always friendly and offer their help with any questions you may have. There is great precaution during the Covid shopping experience. They offer hand sanitizer prior to entering the store.

I always spend too much ($) at Bath & Body Works!! I like their candles and certain creams and lotions.

I always love bathandbodyworks but today I was so frustrated because when I went online to purchase the sale I had been waiting for it said the otems were no longer in stock.Then in the stores is very hard to get in because of the long wait and the amount of customers waiting ro get in. I wish I could have ordered the items I love ahead of time😥😥😥😥

The woman manager needs diversity training after I spent over $200 in sale items. She kept reminded my niece and I whom I took shopping for her birthday of our limits. We were only 1/2 way to the max and probably wouldve brought more but felt harassed and checked out. My niece is a postal carrier and Im a LIFESPAN employee. We had good intentions on buying but felt intimidated by her.

Nice and clean store, prices a little high. Biggest issue is they wont let you scan coupons and use them right now with Covid going on. Many stores do that and the code tells them it was used, but they refused. Also refused to change an address for someone who moved so she could get it at her new address. Very disappointed in them for that reason. To bad, as cute things there.

Superb staff. Very helpful. My clerk even pointed out that I probably had a 20% off coupon in my email which I did and saved a ton. Will shop there more often

This place can be addictive. The large selections of all scented home goods are just tooo great! The store is always well organized and presentable. Staff is always available to help.

Customer Service is Great! Easy to locate exactly what I am looking for. When I ask for adviced for a gift the advice on a gift for a teacher for Christmas the woman suggested WINTER because her sister is a teacher and its her favorite. Didnt smell to much but I took her advice and since there was a sale, I bought one as well. Its now my favorite! It also helps that my Victorias Secrets credit card is accepted there! Also, Wonderful wrapping for added security!

If you like fragrance at reasonable prices, this is your store. Good variety, everything from fragrance to candles to plug ins, soaps, lotions, perfumes, body spray. Even aromatherapy.

I love Bath and Body works! So many options and they don’t only carry body sprays and lotions. They carry candles and home fragrance!

To be honest, I quite disgusted on how my wife was treated this afternoon.My wife and our children went over there today to get some gifts for Christmas for family members. One of the cashiers was extremely rude to my wife. My wife presented a coupon from retail me not, with an attitude, she told my wife that they do not accept coupons from that website, which is a lie. She made my wife walk back to get a plug in, as my wife walked away, she chuckled with other store members. There is a list of many rude things she did and said to my wife in front of my children and I will be speaking to corporate about them.Needless to say, we will not be doing business with Bath and Body Works ever again.

Great customer service! The girl went out if her way to help me find the scents I had seen online. I grabbed every single one lol. Store was clean, everything nicely stocked. Even with the same of buy 3 get 3 free. Even grabbed my husband the Taekwood cologne, body spray, and deodorant at buy 2 get 1 free something like that. No wait at checkout, someone always running up if a customer was waiting. I did manage to grab a unicorn sanitizer and unicorn sanitizer holder for my purse. Which was on clearance!! Yayyy me!! Lol. In the end I bought 12 bottles of body spray (6 free) the 3pc cologne set, sanitizer plus holder for $123.Now thats what I call a great freaking deal. My husband and son were waiting for my daughter and I to finish. Hear I come with a huge bag. First thing he says you the back of the store, or ll of it ? Were just picking up the rest tomorrow ?! Ah shhhhh dont complain. You know I smell good lol.
