I think that there are soo many other high demand name brand products for professional use online that doesn’t ask for a license, because there are so many self taught nail techs now and days... you can get almost anything online without a license.. maybe reconsider letting people without a license shop you’ll probably get more customers now 👍🏻..

This nail supply store is not welcoming at all. They need to take a customer service course.

I think people complaining a lot about the “license proof” is ridiculous. If you go to the liquor store, you show proof of your age. If you go to CosmoProf, a big franchise for beauty supplies for PROFESSIONALS, you MUST show your license.Anyways... the prices here are very reasonable and they have a wide range of products that fit the area. Unfortunately, they don’t have everything I want because the trends and demands back in NC and VA are slightly different, so different products. They have the same things as the bigger city supplies do (ie: Boston) so the location here is great, but getting out of the parking lot and into the traffic is awful! Anyways, I recommend this supply store for your beauty needs... for your business!

Jimmy wife is horrible with customer she needs some training. Worst place ever DO NO GO THERE SHE WILL TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE BAD YOU CAN EVEN LOOK AROUND CUZ SHE WILL KEEP REPEATING “IF YOU DONT HAVE A LICENSE YOU CANT BUY” wiht the Chinese voice

I was very excited to go in this nail supply store because it has great reviews. I’ve been looking for one for a while. But as soon as I walked in the lady started questioning me and she basically didn’t let me look around and she started insisting that without a license I couldn’t buy but I wasn’t buying anything I was simply just looking around. Very bad experience!

I will have to reiterate what someone else said, Jimmy is wonderful to his customers.I have to go here sometimes for my wife, since she is working and cannot get to the shop to purchase what she needs. However, most of the time, she expects me to know what I need to buy, based on a vague description or a photo.Little did I know there are size, shapes, etc, to the different tools that a nail tech uses. But I can show the photo to Jimmy, and he knows exactly what she is looking for, and goes to grab it without having to think where it’s located. I mean, I knew that nail clippers came in different sizes, but the skin nippers, the cuticle tools, I thought they were just one size fits all.If you’re in this industry, and are shopping elsewhere, you’re use doing something wrong. He is on top of all the new trends and styles people are looking for, and as long as it’s tried and true, chances are, he’ll have it, or will be getting it in very shortly.

The lady was kind of rude because i was paying with a card and didnt want to buy $30 worth of things just to meet the minimum... i still payed the tax but the minimum is just really high.

Jimmy is great to his customers. The supply store keeps building with more and more supplies.

Not generally open to the public. You have to have a license an show proof! The lady was also rude an couldnt explain the process

The owner goes above and beyond, and really takes care of his clients, and extremely knowledable!
